Completely furnished, kitchenette, with range, fridge, microwave, cookware, coffee maker, air conditioning. Free local phone calls, water, electric, wi-fi internet and cable TV. Laundry room with coin operated washers/dryers on ground floor. No daily maid service. Exterior and covered unassigned parking space. Ideal for corporate renters too! Close to Speedway, shopping, dining, one block from bars and night clubs on Seabreeze Blvd., and conveniently located near Embry Riddle University Daytona Beach Campus (ERAU). Only 5 blocks from Daytona Beach pier. 8 miles from the airport.

We had a great time at this condo,,21 days the price was awesome and so was the view out on balcony.. With beautiful sunrises and great view of main Hwy A1A lots to watch..Seen lots of dolphins go by, easy walk to Main St Pier made it nice also..Great place to stay and hope to be back soon,,

I went to spend some time away from the family and the daily grind so I could work on my dissetation. It was a perefect! I read at the pool, typed and researched, and in between walked on the beach and played in the surf. Would highly recommend.
