Adorable One Bedroom Direct Oceanfront condo located on the 27th floor of Peck Plaza, voted one of the 7 Wonders of Volusia County!

This condo is very private and every room is DIRECT oceanfront. The kitchen has bee upgraded with new upscale appliances and includes a full size refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, full size glass cooktop stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender, and all dishware and cookware.

The living room has new hardwood floors, queen size pull-out couch, 2 comfortable recliners and a big flat screen TV & DVD player.

There is a full size washer & dryer inside the condo.

Wireless internet inside the condo and parking in the gated garage is included at no extra charge. All resort amenities are free of charge as well, tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table, fitness room and saunas. I provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for you to use at the beach.

Great View!!!!! 27 th floor, ocean side. Only thing above us was the Penthouse and the Resturant. You could see the beach and also you could see down north Atlantic. Great Resturants, largest flee market in Florida is behind the speedway, which is only about 15 min. away. Went to the Playhouse and saw a musical. Just a Great Vacation.

This condo was perfect for our vacation! It has a beautiful view of the ocean and is nice and quiet for sleeping. The washer and dryer were so convenient and there is so much to do at this resort. We will definitely stay there again!
