OceanFront Studio Condominium, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)
This beautiful unit on the 5th floor directly overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the Daytona Beach.
Unit includes has an Efficiency Kitchen, table with chairs, King Bed, Full size Sleeper Sofa, 32" HDTV, Direct TV, DVD player, Cooking utensils, Cookware, Dishes, glasses, flatware, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Ice maker, Electric stove top, Coffee maker, Blender, George Foreman Grill, Convection/Toaster Oven, Iron, Hair dryer,Towels & linens, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys. All you need to bring are your personals.

Incredible Vacation

We stayed one night on the 5th floor, and the other night on the 9th floor, both were beautiful rooms. The 5th floor had stunning ocean views, and our room literally had everything we needed. We loved the kitchenette, really helped us to avoid dining out every night. The pool with the tiki bar was fantastic during the day, and the malibu buckets were delicious. We enjoyed using the indoor pool when it got a bit chilly out as well. The room on the 9th floor was much larger, and although it was not oceanfront, we still had an ocean view and a city view, which was awesome at night during bike week. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The owners were very courteous and helpful, and the cleaning staff kept the rooms in tip top shape. We will definitely be coming back this summer and using Laureen and Bert for our stay again.

Fantastic Place to Stay

Bert & Laureen are the type of owners that think of the little things all visitors need to have for a relaxing vacation. You literally only have to bring your clothes and food. They stock items that most resort rentals to not have - spices, laundry soap, beach toys, chairs, towels, even coffee and filters. I have rented from them in the past and found this experience to be as wonderful as the first visit. Either this unit (5th floor ocean front) or their other unit (9th floor ocean view) would be great for a couples getaway or for a family with smaller children. Would highly recommend for a visit. Many things to do in the area and it is far enough away from the Main Street Pier to be quiet, yet close enough to visit.

Our stay was more than we ever expected! All we needed was our personal items. The room was gorgous and in excellent condition. We even had beach chairs and umbrella, children beach toys, DVD's, ice cooler, and paperback books. We had stayed at the resort last year so we new what to expect from their facility- TOP OF THE LINE ! Convient to shopping and dining. Across the street from Beliar Plaza. We came down for Turkey Run. Car show at the Plaza everyday and night. Convient to the speedway for the car show. We will definitely stay here again. Great Condo with beautiful ocean view

Spent a week in this condo while my whole family stayed in this owners other condos- total of 11people. Was great for big families or a reunion. This condo was decorated very nice, very clean and comfortable with 3 members.of my family in it. It had everything we needed and the owners went way out of their way to make sure it had extras like beach chairs,towels,and a cooler. The view of the ocean from the porch was beautiful and fun to sit out at night and watch.The location on this 5th floor was by the laundry room and garage which made it also convienent for our big family. It was right across the street from a big grocery store, drugstore, and other shopping areas. There were also alot of nice restaurants and a putt-putt on the street .. We even went to Disney World for one day. I would recommend this unit and the owners other units for a big group of family and a week of fun at a great reasonable price

My husband & I have been going to Ormond Beach for years. At least 3-4 times in the summer to get away from the city heat. We both agreed that this condo was perfect in every way! It had everything we needed or wanted. We hope to get back again this year for a long weekend.

when we firt found this room it looked like it might be too good to be true for the price. but when we arrived the room was amazingly clean in great shape and had everything that you could need even right down to the blender for the margaritas!!lol. we had a blast the beach was clean the staff was friendly the area was nice with some really good restaurants and attractions near by. all in all it was an awesome property to spend the week in and the owners we very nice people and easy to deal with. we have already discussed going back. we recommend this to any couple looking for a good place to get away and enjoy some "us" time.

Highly recommend. Condo is absolutely beautiful and very conveniently located. The room was perfect, even for all 4 of us. The room is equipped with everything that you may need, even beach toys, movies and a welcoming package of coffee.
