My wife and I were very pleased with this 2 room suite, it was very roomy and had everything anyone needed for an excellent stay. We especially enjoyed our time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the hustle and bustle of the A1A during BikeWeek.The pictures advertising the suite are exactly what you can expect when you arrive.My wife and I were all smiles when we opened the door for the first time. The Daytona Beach Resort itself is a very beautiful and is an upscale establishment also the Resort staff were very friendly and helpful. I would also like to say that the owners of the suite (Laureen and Bert) were very pleasant to do business with. We originally were going to stay in there 5th floor studio but there was a cancellation for this 11th floor suite an Laureen and Bert were very accommodating as far as letting us upgrade our reservation at the last minute.I would highly reccommend this suite and resort to anyone whether it was for BikeWeek and any other time of the year.

This is a great unit-lots of space, EVERYTHING included (even a George Forman grill)! Can walk out onto beach or across the street to grocery store or restaurant - very convenient location and a great value for the money. Owners very easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental.

We stayed in the 11th floor condo Feb 7-14 of 2012 and found it to be Everything described, they provided everything for us right down to laundry detergent. Everything was clean and neat and the view was fabulous. All in all a great time was had by all, these people are great to work with and we would definetly recommed them to anyone interested in a condo on Daytona Beach

This is a great 1 bedroom condo with all the conveniences you can ask for. Very well furnished. Everything you could need or want. Very, very clean. Owners keep it as if they lived there. Nice beach access at the resort, good indoor and outdoor pools, indoor jacuzzi. Very convenient location in the better section of DB / Ormond Beach. Can walk to some good restaurants. Ate at both Charlie Horse ( and will good crab) and Bonefish Grill (very good fish) within easy walk and also ate at Chart House, which was a surprise since it's the most upscale one we have eaten at. We were there to attend the 24 Hours of Daytona, plan to attend again next year, and will defintely try to stay at the same condo. You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I are retired and have spent many weeks at various beach locations. The owners of this condo have gone to great lengths to assure it is clean, well decorated, well appointed and so so very comfortable. One can only hope everyone who has the privilege of vacationing in this condo will treat it and keep it the beautiful home away from home it is now. We loved it. Can't wait to go back.

This unit was everything it was represented to be. It was bright and open, beautifully appointed and with a great view of the ocean. The resort was well-kept, with a very friendly staff. Being right across the street from a shopping center was very convenient as well. Would definitely consider this unit for another visit.

Stayed in this condo for a week with my family- total of 6 and enjoyed every minute of it. It was very spacious, decorated beautifully and very clean. Had everything we needed from kitchen items, beach towels,beach chairs and even sand toys and pool noodles for the grandchildren. The pools were really nice and the ocean was right there. The location was great with a big grocery, drugstore, and many stores right across the street. We even went to Disney World for a day. It was well worth the money. It is perfect for family, a group of people or a couple. I would recommend staying here to anyone and am looking forward to it myself.

I love this unit! Has everything you can possible need and more! It was clean , nicely decorated, it's was comfy and the view was very pleasant to. I loved staying in the unit. My kids didn't even want to come back home they said this was their new home for vacation. We all day fun at the pool and the beach as well.. Thank you for letting use stay in your beautiful unit!!

My family LOVED our stay at this resort. The condo was beautiful and we had plenty of room. We were very impressed with everything that was furnished for us to use at the pool/beach. Great Place with a Great View

My family and I stayed at this wonderful condo. It had a beautiful view of the beach off of the balcony. You could walk out pass the pool and straight on to the beach. The condo was in great shape nice beds and very clean. I would stay again in a heart beat. The people were very nice and easy to deal with I hope that you get a chance to enjoy the view and fun times at Daytona Beach.

Condo was an excellent rental; lots of space, was decorated nicely (modern & up-to-date), and it had great view of the harbor. Beach was short walking distance away; and shopping and entertainment were very close by. I had a lovely time.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Daytona Beach Resort. Our 1 bedroom unit was large, newly decorated with everything we could possibly need and then some to make our beach vacation perfect. There were many nice touches in the unit: 2 brand new flat screen TV's, a fully stocked kitchen with anything you could possibly need, beach chairs, towels, coolers. And everything was clean, fresh and first rate. Plus the views from the balcony- watching the sun coming up in the morning and the expanse of the beach. Perfect. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Customer Service was excellent and I would highly recommend this unit.

This condo on the 11th floor was beautifully decorated, spacious, very clean, everything is there just bring your clothes. Price right. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Owners very accommodating. Stayed for 3 day weekend. Highly recommended. Stayed in other units that same owners have as well.
