This highrise luxury oceanfront condominium in Daytona Beach, Florida will suit all your needs during your vacation time. The condo includes elevators, underground parking, an exercise room, a pool, kid's pool and a pooldeck with long chairs, sauna, tennis and basketball courts, billiards, ping pong, library, and direct access to the beautiful golden beach.
The unit itself includes a kitchen, washer/dryer, dining and living room, master bedroom, a sofa bed, a restroom, and an oceanfront balcony with chairs. Complete with mirrored walls, ceramic floors, as well as free wireless internet access.
The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, a full set of cutlery and china, as well as other dishes and appliances.
The living room has a sofa with a queen size pull out bed, an armchair, a 42 inch LCD TV and access to the oceanfront balcony with a direct view on the beach.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, mirrored closet, alarm clock, and a view on the beach.
Minimum rental period is one week.

Daytona Beach is a beautiful city in the center of Florida. Activities and entertainment include shopping malls, water slides, downtown boardwalks, movie theaters, golfing, go-karting, mini-putting, and many more.
Essential needs, such as grocery stores and drug stores, are located only a few minutes drive from the condo.
Only an hour's drive from Disney World, Sea World, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, many water parks including Wet N' Wild, as well as the Kennedy Space Center.
