Description of the Daytona Beach vacation condo rental

Hawaiian In has just undergone a major renovation project - all balconies have new private balconies. Same great oceanside pool, pool deck and indoor poool with poolside TikiBar.Hawaiian Inn is one of the old throwback resorts on the beach - and you either love the beachy - kitchy - tropical hawaiian atmosphere or you hate it, some of my guests have come back for 20+ years and would not thnink of going anywhere else. Resort personality is a fun family resort- tropical vibe, with a DJ and a fun Tiki Bar that serves Lunch, people tend to go to the pool and hang there for most of their stay.

4th fl Oceanfront Studio, 1 queen bed, sofa, full kitchen, sleeps 2

4th fl Oceanfront Studio, 2 queen beds, sofa, full kitchen, sleeps 4

1st fl Oceanfront Studio - ground floor, 1 queen bed , futon, efficiency kitchen, sleeps 4

4th fl Oceanfront 1 Bedroom - Bedroom has 2 Full beds, LR:: Sleeper Sofa, full kitchen, sleeps 6

4th fl Oceanfront 1 Bedroom - Bedroom has 2 Queen beds, LR:: Sleeper Sofa, full kitchen, washer-dryer sleeps 6

Additional Amenities including: TV’s with connected cables , VCR-CD-DVD players with stereo . Air conditioner, well equipped and appointer kitchen which also has micro wave, stove, oven, fridge, blender, indoor grill, coffee make and toaster. Good quality pots and pans , stoneware , flatware and glassware . An iron with board and hair dryer are provided. Bed linens , mattress bath sets ,kitchen linens all are high

Resort Description:

Hawaiian Inn provides the largest heat ocean front pools at the beach!!
Pool patio offers lounge chairs to relax at pool side day of swimming or sunning. There is a pool side pub which serves refreshments & adult beverages. Pool side Gazebo on for weekends fun and entertainment makes an enjoyable day in sun. If you want some shades It has three oceanfront Hammocks , so that you can naps under palms, while they sways ocean breeze. Indoor Heat pool along with jets. Experience the amazing feeling of soaking in Hot tubs at Hawaiian Atrium!! Indoor pool considered as added bonus.

Night rentals are considered with in 30 days of the arrivals.
Rates can be changed anytime without any prior notice .
Additional charge of $50.00 for cleaning fees and 12.5% tax on basic rental rates .
Security Deposits of $200.00 at booking time .
We mostly prefer Security Deposits by Credit Cards for timely returns .
50% and security deposits due on bookings
50% Deposit required a month prior
Add 3% extra by making payments by PayPal, VISA-DISCOVER-MASTER CARD
All payments in USD- you are completely responsible for any exchange rates
Last minute deals and offers are considerable .

Cancellation Policy
In events of cancellations security deposits will forfeited.Refunds of the deposits will made if property gets booked by other rentors for those specific dates . If the property gets rebook , then prorated share will be refunded for eachday .

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Hawaiian Inn. The room size was just right, the kitchen was well equipped, and the oceanfront balcony was wonderful. We watched the dolphins play for hours from our balcony! The unit had everything you would need, in case you forgot anything. The room was clean when we arrived, so we made sure it was just as clean when we left. (The vaccum cleaner came in handy.) The pools were nice and spacious. Nice set up with the Tiki Hut. You HAVE to try the burgers there!!! SO GOOD! We will definitely stay again.
