Description of the Daytona Beach vacation condo rental
It features a large floor plan and is directly ocean front with sweeping, breathtaking views of the ocean from all rooms except the baths. In the morning, enjoy the energetic sunrise and spectacular city lights in the evening.
We have just remodeled and decorated this condominium and spared no expenses. It offers great comfort, style and privacy. White porcelain tiling and high end furnishings, 42inches LCD HD TV in living room and LCD HD TV in both bedrooms. Spacious balcony furnishings are top of line light weighted aluminum.
Amenities include large well maintained pool by the ocean side, sauna, BBQ area and fitness center. Building is fully secured and doesn’t allows entry to unauthorized person (guests can monitor the main entrance from their TV). Only 68 furnished units in building, four in each fllor all privately owned. The complex has a family flair and is never overcrowded.
Parking spot in the underground garage is situated right by the garage entrance and next to the elevators (Perfect!) for convenient access. There is additional parking area on ground level. ======================================================= ==
Sat to Sun $950 to $1400 + $95 one time cleaning fees +12.5% local taxes applicable.
Our rates very according to non-peak or peak season and the number of guests in party.

Awesome. What else to say. Very pleasant stay from the room to all the people we met here during our stay. Room was very clean upon arrival and well maintained. Owner was very helpful on assisting with places to eat, shop, visit etc... Room was very spacious and comfortable. It was like being at home with a beautiful ocean front view. Beach was nice and private with a lot of room to play and relax. Highly recommend a stay here. You won't be disappointed. We loved it.

Wow, super place, what else to say

We've been renting condos for the last 20 years or more. So we saw all kind of them. But this one is special. It has everything you can imagine or hope for. After looking around when you get in, the first that you notice it's the place is spotless. It is equipped with appliances and furniture of high quality. The linens were super, beds very comfortable and the kitchenware was classy. And the view on the sea is fantastic. From both bedrooms and the living room, the windows are straight front. No side view. Balcony is wide and large, facing the sea. If you're looking for cleanliness, tranquility and luxury at an affordable price, this the place to go. Pricewise it has to be the best deal around. For Juan, the owner, my friend, you have transformed our holiday in Daytona Beach into a marvellous experience. Thanks again. This is the first time ever renting from an individual but was very easy and Juan was very helpful. Everything was awesome!From the condo to the people we met there. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything a home would have.We couldn't of dreamed of a nicer place

All the reviews on this condo are right on. My husband and I (both in our 60s) rented this place for 2 weeks in Feb. before all the crowd arrived in Daytona. We wanted a place to enjoy the view and feel at home also. That was accomplished to a T. The owners are very nice and answered our emails quickly. My only complaint was no washer/dryer in the unit, but we knew that before going there. We would stay there again.

We so enjoyed our stay in this condo.It was more than we expected. We visit Daytona twice a year for a couple of years and this was by far the nicest condo we ever rented. The descriptions and photos were 100% accurate. The condo was very clean, well cared for and extremely comfortable. It had everything you would need from beach chairs to everything in the kitchen and bathroom.The wrap around balcony had plenty of chairs and the view was breath taking. Condo is conveniently located near Bellair Plaza. Thank you Juan and Mercedes for sharing your condo.

Fantastic Vacation

We had an extremely nice condo, very reasonable price, everything was clean. Charming large patio overlooking the ocean. Looked forward to having our coffe each morning and admiring a spectacular view. Also enjoyed our home cooked dinners w/our wine sitting on the patio. The beach was beautiful for my morning jogging.

This was our first trip the Daytona Beach and will not be the last!!! The condo was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We were lucky enough to see dophins on our last full day, from the balcony as well as from the beach. We had an issue with the garage fob, but Juan came the next morning with a new one. Juan was very easy to work with and a very pleasant man to talk with. We highly recommend this property!!! We will definately keep this property in mind for our next vacation!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean and well decorated. It has a gorgeous view of the beach. You can also see the boardwalk from the balcony. The owners provide everything you would need. I would definitely stay here again.

We have visited Daytona Beach the last few years and we stayed in this condo this time around and we will be back. The condo was nice and clean and the views are breath taking. Unexpected, unforgettable and beautiful

We were blown away the minute we walked in. I totally second with the other reviewer said about it being the best place to rent on the beach. We rented this place over Spring Break and had no real idea what to expect except we wanted it to be a "nice" place. Well this seemed luxurious and our kids were crazy about it too. There is a double headed shower in the master bath and the deck is huge. We were able to watch sunrises AND moon rises. All we had to do was ride the elevator down and walk onto the beach. The pool was pretty great, too. All of the items - like towels, bedding, furniture and kitchenware were all much nicer than expected from a rental. We really appreciated that. We want to stay here every year.

This condo is by far the nicest on the beach! I rated this condo with a five star rating, just to let you know if you are looking for a beautiful and up to date place to stay this is it!!! I feel like we were very fortunate to find this place on line. I was very nervous about committing without seeing it in person! When we walked in the room for the first time, we could not believe how nice it was. It sits right on the beach and has a very safe garage for parking. We want to thank Juan for the great hospitality over the phone and a wonderful time in Daytona Fl. Thank you!!!
