Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Our Penthouse unit has beautiful southeastern views of the world famous Daytona Beach and the Halifax River. Beautifully Decorated, it has 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Listen to the ocean from the large balcony which is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Living room has 40" flat screen HDTV with cable, DVD and Wii.

Cook a fresh seafood dinner in the kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, built-in microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils. Enjoy your meals on the balcony, dinning room which seats 6, or at the breakfast bar.

Master Bedroom has King size top of the line organic memory foam mattress with double closets and beautifully remodeled private bathroom. Master has 32" Flat Screen HDTV with cable. Second Bedroom has queen bed, flat screen TV/cable with a view of ocean and river, connects to guest bathroom. Bedding and bath towels are supplied.

Free WIFI.

In unit Washer/Dryer. Stay Cool with Central A/C.

Enjoy a dip in the heated pool or the Atlantic ocean via direct Beach access, or just relax in the hot tub or sauna. Stay fit with the workout facilities. Secured Building with underground parking.

This location is so perfect! We were right on the ocean and that alone was wonderful. The condo did not disappoint. It had everything you could want if you were living there.The kitchen was fuly stocked with everything I needed. I did not have to go out and buy anything for the kitchen except of course our food and condiments. It even had salt and pepper. It was clean and had plenty of extra bedding and towels. I was pleased with the bar. It had all of the glasses we needed. I was surprised with how many glasses and plastic cups were in the cabinet. We did not have to constantly wash dishes. I would stay here again in a minute. The owners communicated well to all of my emails and were pleasant to deal with. We had an amazing vacation but the best part was it was also like being at home. Private pool which was clean and access to the beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated and extra clean condo on the 12th floor. It is fully equipped and very comfortable. The owners obviously give a lot of personal attention to the unit because they stay there themselves. The balcony and the view is outstanding. The sunrises and the sunsets over the Halifax River are beautiful. I have no hesitation in recommending this unit to anyone. Relax and enjoy - that's what we did!

Best spot on the strip

I have stayed in some nice places in the Daytona area but this one is honestly my favorite and I can't wait to go back. My favorite spot is the balcony for sure. You can see up and down the coast for miles. I also like that it's in Daytona Beach Shores so the beaches are much less crowded than inside Daytona but you are close enough get downtown within a few minutes. The condo itself is very spacious, tastefully decorated with new furniture, flat screen TVs, comfortable beds, fresh linens, and a full kitchen area. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Daytona Beach area.
