Description of the Daytona Beach vacation condo rental
This is a recently renovated unit and it is absolutely gorgeous. YOU ARE JUST STEPS FROM THE BEACH AND STEPS FROM THE 2 INGROUND POOLS (one of which is seasonally heated.) Our condo is on the first floor, so there are no stairs or elevators to deal with and you can park your car right outside of your door. There are 2 queen beds inside of the unit (one is a pull down Murphy bed) and you will comfortably sleep 4 adults. Also, in front of each bed is a 32" flat screen tv mounted on the wall with 70+ channels to view. There is a full size bathtub with shower, clean towels and sheets, and a full kitchen with dishes and utensils. Also in the unit is a leather couch (loveseat) and a table and 4 chairs. Some of the highlights on the property are: coin operated laundry machines, a nautilus / free weight fitness center, 3 charcoal grills and picnic tables located on the beach patio, secured keyed gates heading out to the beach and to the pool areas, an owners lounge that can be reserved for private parties, 24 hour video surveillance of the entire property, a kiddie pool, and a car wash area. Please look at the pictures and you will see that this is a very nice unit located on a great property and you will be very happy when you stay here.
