Come and stay at our wonderful condo at the Horizons in Daytona Beach, Florida, near Orlando. This direct oceanfront home on the beach has a wonderful view of the Atlantic, which includes beautiful sunrises over the ocean. This lovely condo is an end unit and has a large, wrap-around balcony with access and incredible views of the ocean and river. It comes with an oceanfront swimming pool where you can relax and get away from it all, and high speed Wireless Internet to stay in contact with the rest of the world.

The condo was recently renovated. The only thing original is the studs behind the drywall. It has new walls, flooring, new furniture and new owners. We have rented condos in many places ourselves. We know that your vacation deserves more than the bare necessities. We try very hard to meet every need.

Our three bedroom, two bath beachfront vacation condominium has direct ocean views. Magnificent ocean sunrises are seen right from your bedroom window. A wonderful balcony overlooks the beach. A favorite time is that morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise while overlooking the deserted beach or sharing a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the sound of the surf. Let the tensions disappear as you relax in your beach chair or take long walks along the Atlantic Ocean.

This unit is a great addition to the rental market. It's one of few condos in this area of the northern part of Daytona Beach. There is not much beach traffic. The views from all rooms are just incredible. Additionally, it has a much larger floor plan than most of the condo units on Daytona Beach. The newly-renovated master bedroom suite is huge!

For those that want more than just the quiet and solitude of beach life, why not try windsurfing or kayaking? Rentals are available in close proximity. There are also many more active attractions and amusements within easy travel distance. Perhaps it would be playing a round of golf or visiting nearby St. Augustine, or Orlando and Disney World. The Daytona Beach Pier and entertainment area is just 1-1/2 miles south, but it is far enough away for a quiet beach.
On special occasions, such as Speed Week or Bike Week, incredible excitement is created. Watch the airshow from our balcony.

Our Daytona Beach oceanfront condominium has been completely redecorated and refurnished. The tastefully appointed Master Suite comes with a plush king size pillow top bed decked in luxurious linens. The split floor plan creates privacy. The master bath includes a double sinks, a walk-in closet for her and a separate closet for him. No need to live out of a suitcase. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own vanity sink area, along with a private entrance to the guest bath which creates a second master suite. The third bedroom has two twin beds and an incredible view of the river. All bedrooms have cable TV and ample drawer and closet space, extra towels and linens. The twin bedroom TV has a built-in DVD player.

Large flat panel TVs are provided in the each bedroom and cable TV is available in all bedrooms and the living room. A DVD video library is provided with some great titles for the DVD player in the living room. We also have books for your reading pleasure with our "take one, leave one" policy.

The living room entices you to sit down and enjoy the fabulous Atlantic Ocean and beach views. You have great views of the waves without getting up from the luxury of brand new leather furniture. This room opens to the huge balcony. A variety of board games and puzzles are provided for your family's enjoyment. The stylish dining room also provides a great view of the ocean. The fully equipped brand new kitchen with its stainless steel appliances is stocked with everything that you and your family will need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals on those days when you just want to stay in and relax.

The large oceanfront swimming pool is reserved just for the guests of the Horizons and their friends and family. It's directly on the beach and has a fresh water shower available to rinse off the sand and salt. Beach chairs are provided for your use by the pool. There is a large sundeck which is separate from the pool area for the quiet sun bathers.

A full size front-loading washer and dryer are located in our unit. Other units in the building share the community laundry, but not you.

The Horizons in Daytona Beach, Florida is a secure, wheel chair accessible building with key entry only. Onsite managers and security make sure that your vacation is enjoyable. A garage door opener will get you inside the private underground parking garage where you will have your own assigned space. Shopping carts make it easy to bring in your groceries.

Daytona Beach is world famous for its beaches and vacation history, but there is so much more. Twice a year the city comes alive for NASCAR and twice a year for motorcycles. The summer is great time for families and winter season is wonderful for our northern visitors.
Not far away, just over an hour down Interstate 4 are World Famous Disney World, Epcot and Universal Studios theme parks. St. Augustine, the oldest city in the US, is just up scenic A1A.
Golf, fishing and all types of water sports are available. Within an hour are great, pristine Florida springs and wonderful hiking trails.
Cultural activities are held year round and you can see the history of the space program at Cape Canaveral, just to the south.
