The "ALIKI" luxury 2 bedroom, 7th floor OCEANView condo.
All new tasteful furnishings including 42" and 32" LCD tv's, DVD players, electric fireplace, everything cooking utensil included to make gourmet dinners to enjoy on your 50' patio overlooking the ocean or distant inter-coastal views with incredible sunsets. Starbuck's coffee maker for brewing your fresh morning coffee and strolling on the white sand beach! New queen bed set in the master and new tempurpedic bunks in the 2nd bedroom (can be split) also a computer nook and Playstation. Condo includes digital TV and wireless internet service along with utilities, heated oceanfront pool, shuffleboard and 2 BBQ stations, indoor sauna and party room. Laundry facility is on the same floor as the condo unit. All rooms (living room, dining room and both bedrooms) have ocean views along with 12' sliding doors to the balcony. Everything from Golfing, Fishing, Boating, Surfing, Sunrises or Sunsets. In the heart of Daytona 500, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Air Shows, Spring Breakers! Less than 2 miles from Oceanfront Board Walk that includes, Starbuck's, 16 Cineplex Movie Theater, Bubba Gump's, Johnny Rocket's, Crabby Joe's Seafood, Daytona Lagoon Theme Water park. Oceanfront Band Shell includes -Free concerts and Movie nights, Ice Skating Rink (December), Oceanfront boardwalk, Go-carting, Arcades, Carnival rides including a Ferris Wheel! Only a 50 minute drive to beautiful historic Saint Augustine to the north or all Disney Theme Parks to the south! The Condo itself is directly across from a new Planet Fitness Gym and McDonalds. Next plaza (1/2 block from condo) includes Publix Supermarket, Walgreen's Pharmacy, Ruby Tuesday's, Subway, Rita's Ice, Liquor store, Beall's Outlet, GNC, Dollar store, Surf Shop, Bowling Alley and Chinese Buffet. A:There are numerous things that are cool to do very near by - Daytona Lagoon Theme Water Park (refreshing), St. Augustine Historic Town- visit the oldest town in America! Including oldest wooden school house or take a ghost tour, The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse (climb to the top) the tallest in the South East!
