Daytona Beach Club Oceanfront Condo. Stay in this clean, affordable, ocean front studio unit at an oceanfront property. Has kitchenette with microwave, fridge, stove and oven. You are walking distance to Main Street, Boardwalk Amusement area, Daytona Pier, Ocean Walk Village, Daytona Lagoon waterpark, Breakers Oceanfront splash park, 24 hr. fast food, restaurants and shopping. A minimum 3 night stay is required. The current nightly rate is $54.00 plus cleaning and tax. Except for special events. There is a $60.00 cleaning fee for each stay. The resort offers laundry facilities for your convenience. Ask about holiday and special event rates. A refundable $150 damage deposit will be required with your payment. Sorry... no pets. No smoking in the condo. Smoking outside only.

Family Getaway

Friendly neighbors. Room was clean and well appointed. Oceanview and access was great. Close to the pier and shops. Building needs better upkeep and unfortunately it is not staffed with a front desk.

Thank you Cathy. The building use to be a hotel. It is now individually owned condos so there is no need for a front desk. Although I agree it would be nice.

Great place to stay!:-)

We stayed here July 3rd-July 7th for the Coke Zero 400. Loved the place great for a couple. Loved watching the sunrise each morning. Great price and I would recommended to my family and friends. Owner Nicole is super nice and answered any questions we had before and during stay. I will definitely stay here again! Thanks Nicole for making our stay one we won't forget :-)

Great and affordable for the price paid

I enjoyed the property. My family and I rented this condo this summer. It was not too expensive. Although, sometimes we wish we weren't all in one room together all those times but we enjoyed the closeness to the beach. We enjoyed the ocean front view every morning.

A place to relax

This is perfect for one person or a couple. It's small, but the bed looks out over the ocean and the sound ijust lulls you to sleep. Is the complex the cleanest? No, but it's not that dirty. There's a security gaurd that really walks around a lot giving you a safe feeling. The pool is clean and not heavily chlorinated. The best part is that it's two steps down to soft beach and clean ocean. The sheets aren't 100 % cotton. I would bring my own when I go again. Otherwise, I came back relaxed.

Better than advertised

This is a great place to stay. The location is beautiful and convenient, close to the pier and right on the beach. The owners were friendly and helpful with my questions and concerns before and during the stay. Everything you could need was provided and the cost was affordable. I look forward to staying there again.
