Beautiful View & Comfy Quarters

This property is simply wonderful. Cari and Scott are great hosts. We brought our two Labs with us from MD, and stayed in the Guest House. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Inside are a full bath & kitchen, laundry, and three really nice bedrooms. Outside there is a spectacular view of the water, and wonderful paths to walk our dogs. Especially appealing is the location; close enough to be at the beach, but away from all the crazies.

The perfect location and best kept secret for Biketoberfest or any other time. Scott & Cari are extremely accommodating and generous. Can't wait to go back and the price beats all too. Obsolutely beautiful and all the efforts to restore this old treasure have paid off.

Excellent Vacation Spot

Cari and Scott were great hosts. We stayed in the main house in 3 suites. All had balconies and private baths and the views were unbeatable. This is the best view on the Intercoastal Waterway. Close to everything. We will definately return again & again. The location is close enough in to walk to all the attractions yet far enough out for the privacy we were looking for. Great value for the price! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Southern Victorian charm, affordable and clean

Carey and Scott the owners, were very hospitable and friendly. The house and grounds are charming, and peaceful. The rooms are spacious, and have a t.v, dressers, queen size bed and 3 piece bath with jacuzzi tub and Rain drop shower. Also bedroom has access to house-length covered balcony over looking the river. House is centrally located close to most amenities. owners are very kind and accommodating, for example had been baking and offered us some too! We felt like part of the family. Great place to stay.

Cari is a wonderful host and very willing to help out. We arrived at an odd time and she was right there to help us. We had a large group with Children and there was no problem. We were able to swim in the pool and relax. Sitting on the dock with a fire going was wonderful. Conveniently located close to stores and quick access to the bridge to cross over to the Ocean. Beautiful river site and comfortable stay. Will be contacting Cari again for our future plans!

Had a great time our host was very friendly. Place was very clean and made u feel right at home . Love the location very close to everything you would need. Only problems were that the hot tub was broke and the wifi was not very good. But over all we had a great stay.

This is a nice place to stay for vacation. the owner was very friendly and the house was very clean. i had a very nice time enjoying the view of the intracoastal river right across the street. i will be visiting this location many more times.

The people that own the property were very gracious, anything that we needed or ask, they were on top of. The cottage was beautiful, cozy and quite. Location was perfect, in the center. I would recommend renting this cottage and will do it again myself. Overall experience was a very Happy Thanksgiving.
