The property is an older home and modestly decorated. It has all the necessities required for a comfortable stay. Room to roam in this 3 bedroom home. Features include living room, separate dining room, bonus room and family room. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped, with washer and dryer on site. Large fenced in yard, 2 car garage with plenty of space for parking. The house is located in Port Orange, Florida located close to all the local activities.

The house has a new A/C unit and stove.

Grocery store, movie theater, major restaurants, and shopping centers within close proximity of property. The river with water activities is about 1 mile away and the beach is just over the bridge about 2 miles. Daytona 500 raceway and dog track is about 10 miles away by way of I-95 and the waterpark, boardwalk and other touristy areas along the beach are about 10-15miles by way of A1A (road that runs parallell to the beach side).

Great property for a great value

February 27, 2013

This is clean and affordable rental in a nice residential area and it is close to all the attractions. If you forget something it is more than likely there. All the comforts of home at an affordable price. The only thing this house needs is a second bathroom. We had seven people and still did not have a problem but the second bath would be ideal. Owners are great to work with and they are very informative. Thanks and we will be back.

Enjoyed our stay in this private rental, homey, big & a quite location, also close to everything. Just about everything we needed, sheets, towels, kitchen-equipped, Also if you forgot something it was there, older type home but was clean & homey Enjoyed this house opposed to a motel/hotel room. Only drawback was there was only 1 key, but was told we should of requested 2, if we can make it back next year we will know. Sandra & Winifred was very nice and also helpful. We even got there earlier than expected & was told by Winfred that we can enter earlier. Thanks Alot for making our stay enjoyable-Sandra & Winifred!!!

this bungalow was exactly what was described. The house is located close to everything including the beach. the house is a little dated but had all the comforts of home. It was perfect for the price.

This was my first experience renting a vacation rental home. The home was exactly as described. We were pleased and would rent this property again. We were looking for a place to day trip from with close access to the beach, shopping and resturants. It's an older property but we were very pleased with it.
