Hidden cost so very expensive for what you get. Accommodations dated, but adequate. One month post vacation, we are still waiting for the return of the deposit although all was left in order in the vacation rental.

What you see in the pictures is not what you see when you take occupancy. The floors were sticky, countertops were dirty, walls had coke stains, drain does not work. Landlord is useless. There were cockroaches in the family room the size of 1/2 dollar. Our response was welcome to Florida. Broken items in the homw and be caredul you may get charged for them even though the landlord explained that were broken by the last tennant. I would be very careful before choosing this as your vacation home. There are better homes available and probably closer to the beach than this was.

Can't say enough good things about this home. This was just the perfect rental for our weekend in Daytona for Bike Week and we will definitely rent again. Perfectly centralized location close to the beach and attractions. House was very clean & organized with everything you would need and more. Thank you so much Robin & David.

March, 2008 - What an awesome house and location! It was very nice to "come home" every evening and just "chill" after a day's worth of activities. The house was just perfect for the eight of us! we had a nice time at the beach the the house, but dont let them fool you when its time to receive your damage deposit. they make up anything to keep it. we had 8 people come down and they said the pull out bed was used and chaged us 250 and the best thing was is we didnt pull it out even after calling and telling them we didnt they still charged us for our two invisible friends they were there.
