Originally built in 1926 for the Rockefeller Family, this custom Daytona Beach Spanish Style home features three bedrooms: the downstairs Rockefeller Master Bedroom with antique queen "tiester bed" and a wonderful luxury mattress that cradles your body to sleep and Full Bathroom; upstairs the Underwater Symphony Suite which has been converted into an exact reproduction of a scene from "The Sign of the Seahorse" by Graeme Base with contemporary queen bed and flat panel tv with cable. The upstairs Diamond Suite features a stained glass window, sitting area, flat panel tv with cable and a beautiful antique bed imported from England. Also, there is a full bathroom located upstairs for both bedrooms.
The home also features a garage perfect for Motorcycle Storage or your vehicle in addition to a private drive for approximately four vehicles.
The home includes central air/heat, wireless internet, ceiling fans (in every bedroom, kitchen and living room), 42" plasma television, Vcr/dvd, Dvd/cd Library, cable, washer/dryer, all linens, two (2) beach bikes, formal dining room, gas appliances, front porch sitting area, large spanish tiled patio backyard. The backyard is fenced and secured for your privacy.
The home is a perfect location to avoid the traffic from major events on Daytona International Speedway Blvd located right off of Orange Avenue in the Prestigious Silver Beach Area. The home is featured in the National Register of Historic Places.

If you have Pets please add an additional $200.00 to your deposit and a $75.00 will be deducted from deposit for flea spray when you depart. 50% of the total rental fee (including $500 damage deposit and pet deposit) required in advance to hold reservation. We accept Money Orders and Checks drawn on U.S. banks are accepted. (If securing with a check, it must be received within 3 days after booking has been made or the reservation will be canceled.
- Other Fees: There is a one time departure maid fee of $150.00.
