Great place to unwind

My husband and I rented this beach bungalow for a month while we searched for a new home in the area. It was very beneficial to us to have a totally furnished place to "hang our hats" during a very stressful move. We were so close to the beach and some of the best restaurants in the area. The overall experience was delightful, since we were also able to have our little dog, Baxter with us. This is a great rental, and we would definitely rent it again in the future. Love the area! Jorge & Mimi Guillen Family, Our trip to Daytona beach was the most enjoyable vacation, the beach house was a very nice place to stay, clean and had all the necesary stuff to enjoy our vacation time, my family and I we more than happy, like some other reviews have only one complaint...not having more time to stay. owner did not fulfill contract

Owner required a utility and cleaning deposit. After the utilities are paid the remainder is to be returned to renter per the contract. After countless E-mails and phone messages the owner still hasn't responded. It's been 9 months. The utilitiy cost for one month rental could not possilbly come to the four hundred dollars he required. Be aware the owner of this property may not fulfill the contract with the next renter.

Owner's reply:

This is not a valid response and damages that were incurred to the property far outweighed the $400 deposit and utility costs that the renter caused to my home.

My only complaint was I wanted to stay longer. This property was amazing. My husband, sister and I along with my 17 month only daughter stayed here for a week. The pictures don't show enough. It was extremely close to the beach where my sister ran every day. T he house was very child friendly with kids size chairs, playpen and even a tricycle in the garage. Next trip will definitely be for longer than a week!

The house was very clean, spacious and fully furnished. The only issues we had were : not enough toilet paper given for the week (we had to purchase our own which seemed ridiculous) , dishwasher was broken and spewed water out when we tried to use it, and a miscommunication about there being a fouton (one guest had to sleep on a loveseat). Otherwise we loved the house. perfect location, cleaning supplies provided, and ample amount of appliances. we want to rent from them again for sure.

My wife and I really enjoyed the house in Daytona. It took us only 15 minutes to reach the speedway. Restaurants and the beach were only minutes away and all necessities were waiting for us. The house was clean, well maintained and provisioned and we plan to stay there again next year. The owner was very just a call away and all our concerns and questions were promptly answered. We stayed at this property during our recent vacation in Florida and found it to be a lovely beach house with plenty of space and all the amenities of home. It is truly 1 block from the beach and very close to everything you might want to see or do. We only wish we had more time to have stayed there. We would definitely stay there again.

This year we stayed in this wonderful house for 6 weeks. Despite the dismal weather this year, we loved our stay again. Property owner goes out of his way to accomodate you in anything you need. Clean and comfortable, with many updates even from last year's stay, to make it better yet. So well equipped that I feel like I'm at home. Friends visited and they loved it too.

my wife,daughter and grand daughter spent the month there. we were very satisfied with the home and surrounding area..there were plenty of resturants in the surrounding ares and my grand daughter and i spent some time fishing near boondocks. the home has everything you need including internet. we will return this summer and/or next christmas

My husband and another couple went down to Daytona for the Turkey Rod Runs annual Car Show. Our goal was to find a nice quiet easy to find home to stay in and one in which we could bring our families to on our next visit. We found it with this home. Our only downfall was that we wished we had more time to explore the area which appears to ba a beautiful area. Very family friendly with a large backyard enclosed and a quick walk to the beach. The home owner was very pleasant and down to earth. We would definately return to this home in the future.

Home away From Home!!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this house. We felt like it was our own home...so well equipped and comfy. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. Our adult children visited with little ones and they all thoroughly enjoyed the location. The owner was incredibly responsive to any of our concerns or needs. We've already reserved for a longer time next year.

My Family andI spend 6 weeks in this lovely home. It is so close to the beach and all the shops nearby. We could visit all the highlights such a See World, Magic Kingdom, etc. in a short time. Me & my wife are seniors & we loved staying at this home!!Not only is it fully furnished but it is a block away from the beach where we would wake up each morning & take are daily walks. We would walk a block away from the house to the Marina & eat at Boondocks Restaurant. We enjoyed Happy Hour & ate fresh catch of the day. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone!!

My name is Adela Gonzalez. If you need a place to go & relax,this is the perfect home! A block away from the beach. There are at least 4 to 5 differents restaurants minutes away from not having to go into town. Boondocks Restaurant & Marina is literally a block behind the home where you can eat catch of the day & enjoy Happy Hour all at the same time! I would definitley recommend this home to anyone!

I loved staying at this property! I am married w/ 3 children & we never had a greater time. The kids loved being just a block from the beach & the beach is private so there is no driving on this part of the beach. The backyard is big enough for football & throwing around the ball. At night we hear the crashing of the waves from the master bedroom. And the property is very clean with everything you need! Awesome time!
