Beachside Bungalow with Pool (#29196)

Write a review This was a great rental! The house and pool were great. The landscaping was beautiful. We were within a 5 minute drive of everything. I highly recommend this house to anyone hoping to go to Daytona Beach. We are certainly planning on staying here again. It really is very underpriced, so it get it before they figure that out and raise the rates! :-) We very much enjoyed our stay in the house. It was very nicely furnished with in a Beach theme. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, everything you could ever need. The pool was always clean. Neal and Jeanette were very friendly. We would definitely recommend this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The house is great, pictures online do not do the place justice. Two blocks from beach...would recommend that you drive over to Atlantic Ave. and there is a beautiful public park on the beach, with a huge parking lot, clean restrooms, showers...and has both stairs and a ramp to walk down to the beach....so very accessible...house had a great pool...it was our most perfect vacation house so far and we go to Daytona every year. Will definitely be back to rent it for two weeks next summer. Thanks Jeannette and Neil for the use of your lovely home. Personally...we would like to buy it!! Jeannette & Neal were great and the place was better than we expected. The pool was awesome and the price reasonable. The beach was just a short walk away! We had a great time and will definitely be back again. Neal and Jeannette are the best, as is this vacation property! They are VERY accommodating and extremely nice people. When we walked in the door, we were startled. You see the kitchen, it's great, then the great room which overlooks and opens to the fenced-in pool area, (beautiful trees, plants and flowers). It's hard to dessribe the inside of the home, it is beautiful, plenty of room, storage space, extremely well furnished and decorated. I could go on and on. I'll sum it up by saying, "if it were my home, I would not rent it out". Neal and Jeannette are a phone call away if you need anything. We are renting again in 2009 for the month of January. I spent a week in this home with my husband and 2 dogs and I would stay there again and again. The home was priced VERY reasonable and is furnished beautifully the private pool was AWESOME with a privacy fence and the water in the pool was PERFECT not to mention the beach in walking distance. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO EVERYONE. THE OWNERS ARE KIND AND THERE HOSPITALITY, COULD NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE.....
