Description of the Daytona Beach vacation home rental

My spacious 3 bedroom ranch has a master bedroom with bath with a single French door which leads to the in ground pool. Two other good sized bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a queen bed. Formal dining room with authentic parquet flooring. Formal living room with French doors for privacy. Family room with stone wall fireplace and French doors leading to the covered patio and pool area. Eat in kitchen with island bar. All you need is your suitcase! I will be glad to tell you all I know about the area, i.e., where to get the best breakfast out, where the parks can be found, good fishing spots, etc.

Area Description

Port Orange is a very clean, safe and desirable Florida community. Unique by choice not by chance is their motto. Port Orange is about a 5 minute drive to Daytona Beach International Airport, 1/2 hour to Sanford Airport and 1 hour to Orlando International Airport. My home is close to the interstate to visit Orlando and all the attractions, the Space Center and St. Augustine. There are Go Karts, Miniature Golf, Ritter's Ice Cream, Daytona International Speedway, and did I forget....THE BEACH!!!!

Within walking distance to grocery store, K Mart, Walmart, Target (longer walk but manageable), restaurants, and the beach could be walked or biked over to (about a two mile hike).

 GREAT VACATION HOME, September 3, 2009

My family and I stay here in June 2009 for our family vacation. I and my youngest son and his family along with my other two grandchildren stayed at the house. My other sisters and brothers stayed at a resort. Everyone that visit was in awe. We really enjoyed our vacation and did not want to leave. Miriam was very gracious. If you want a vacation that you and your family will enjoy, this is the place to stay. By the way the beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed (which my oldest son and his wife slept on when it was too late to leave). My son said it was like sleeping on fluffy pillows. Enjoy your stay, as we really did. Thanks Miriam.

We had a wonderful time at the home there were a lot of things to do, as well as great relaxation by the pool. It was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The house was spotless and well equipped for our group to stay for the week. Even the beds were comfortable. Port Orange was a great place to stay.
