Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this nicely well-maintained, former family home has more than ample space for a couple. Very comfortably furnished, and currently set up with two double beds in separate rooms to accommodate up to four persons. Kitchen is not fancy, but fully functional. Bathroom is shower only. Carport/garage. Handicap ramp. Casual fishing from short dock.

WEEKLY rates from July 1 through September 30 are, as follows: $400/week for two persons; $650/week for three; $750/week for four. Must add 12.5% Volusia County's tax for short-term rentals. And, necessarily, a damage/security deposit, which is refundable, and a cleaning charge.

MONTHLY rates 7/1 thru 9/30: Two persons $1000/month; Three persons $1,500; Four persons $1,750.

County 12.5% tax + deposit (refundable) + cleaning charge.

House also available at various times during the 2009 FALL season (which is a wonderful time to visit here) at weekly, monthly or seasonal rates.

WINTER 2010: a month's rental, at minimum, required. Inquire for available dates and rates.
