Two excellent nature preserves 5/10 minutes away. 2 Dog beaches about 15 minutes away. Other areas of interest within 1 hours drive, St Augustine, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal, Amway Center etc all an easy straight commute. Daytona Speedway only 10 minutes away.
