Description of the Daytona Beach vacation home rental

Come stay by the beach! Our 2 oversized bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1500 sq. ft. home is available by the weekend, week , or seasonal.
Newly renovated with hardwood floors , a 1-car garage, a large yard and all the amenities of home.
1.5 miles from Main Street and just 6 houses seperate you and beautiful Daytona Beach.

Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. 2 Queen beds and a double twin trundle. Roll-away bed available on request. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Cable TV, DVD, CD/stereo, MP3 dock, local phone service. Home is also completely handicap accessible.
Enclosed garage to safely house your motorcycles or specialty car for the local events. Large yard for trailers.
3 night minimum, local taxes not included in rental price,and you MUST be 25 or older to rent our home.

Area Description

Our home is just 1 hour from Orlando/Disney, 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral and 1 hour South of historic St. Augustine.
We are 1.5 miles South of Highway 40, 1.5 miles Norh of Main Street and 1 mile North of Ocean Center.
Just 6 houses are between you and the beach access.

Best Blue House on the Block, April 12, 2009

Took 4 girls for Spring Break and they had a blast! Loved the beautiful floors and spacious kitchen. Walk in closets were great for all the clothes they brought. Couch is perfect for a movie on a cold day. Mom loved the large fridge and easy access to washer/dryer off the kitchen. The girls want to come back next year for sure. The house looked so good when we arrived the girls were careful to keep it that way so they could come back. Everything is close by. Would love to see wireless connectivity added to this lovely home for future visits. Excellent rental for sure!

This house met our needs perfectly. The house was big enough and well stocked with everything we needed. We used the outside patio everyday and we were so close to the beach. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a close place to the beach and a terrific house.

The owners were excellent to work with concerning this property. The pictures are extremely accurate, making this a wonderful place to stay that is within just a few minute walk of the beach. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful walk on the beach each morning and we spent several days on the beach prior to racing events. We are already talking about returning to Daytona Beach with our kids next summer and we will try to rent this home first. We utilized the provided grille and picnic table on a regular basis, along with eating establishments suggested by the owner. If your considering Daytona Beach as a destination you won't go wrong with this rental home. It's not elaborate but cozy and homey.
