Intercoastal riverfront home with spectacular views and sunsets. Over 4,000 square feet with detached 2 car garage.
4 bedroom 4 1/2 baths, heated pool, dock with boat house and lifts. Fish from the dock as you watch the dolphins and manatee frolic and swim by.

Upstairs master suite has 1000 sq.ft. which overlooks the river with king bed and separate sitting area with sleeper sofa. There's a jacuzzi tub and oversized shower in the bathroom, walk in closet and kitchenette. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom and TV. Two have king beds and one has full size plus twin beds.

Living room has stone burning fireplace with firewood and 65" TV with extensive library of dvds. The lovely equiped kitchen opens up into the great room, both looking out over the boats and dolphins passing by on the Halifax River. Gass BBQ grill and fishing on the dock. Bring your jet ski and boat with lifts for both.

Fenced yard for pets(please clean up after). Just a short walk to ocean and beach. PLEASE NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE.
