Modern kitchen with large breakfast room overlooking private, tropical backyard with one of the largest 210 YEAR OLD 'LIVE OAK TREE' which encompasses 4 other backyards. Lovely bathroom with travertine shower on main level. Upstairs has 3 comfortable bedrooms, all with queen beds. Bathroom has claw foot tub and separate tile shower, with double sinks. Basement offers laundry room, seperate TV/bedroom, with double futon.

Area Description

One block South of Historic Daytona with lovely Shops, Art Gallery's, Museums and Resturants. City Island and Daytona Marina within walking distance. Just over the bridge is the Worlds Most Famous Beach, just a few miles from the Main Street Pier and Boardwalk. Of course, Home of the 'Daytona 500' just 5 miles west. Lovely Ponce Inlet for deep sea fishing and light house only 8 miles. St Augustine, Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studio's. Cape Caniveral,St John's River area & Marineland all within an 1 to 1 1/2 hours drive.

The home was very charming and the landlords so hospitable. Easy access to all major attractions and highways. Backyard is gorgeous, equipped with a 215 year-old oak tree, squirrels, and birds. Comfortable old-fashioned setting with all the amenities of modern life. You can sit on the front porch and almost imagine horses with carriages going by or in backyard without realizing just how close the hustle and bustle of the big city is! Extremely relaxing atmosphere. The pictures do not do the home justice because of the air of comfort you feel just standing outside. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house and hope do so again. Anyone renting this property will not regret it. Highly recommended. Daryll and Carol Shute, Brandon, Mississippi.
