LOCATED IN A RURAL AREA BUT 8 MILES FROM ALL SHOPPING AND RESTUARANTS YOU WILL NEED. ONE HALF MILE FROM LAKE. PROPERTY IS ON A SCENIC ROAD BUT FAST TO THE INTERSTATES. OTHER PROPERTIES IN THE AREA ARE ALL ACREAGE, SO EVERYONE HAS PRIVACY AND ROOM TO ROAM. GREAT STATE PARKS AND RIVERS AND HIKING AND WALKING. EVERYTHING IS CLOSE TO THE HOUSE INCLUDING THE TOURIST PARKS, BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY THAT YOU ARE IN THE COUNTRY WITH QUIET AND SAFETY. FOR THE BIKERS PLENTY OF PARKING AND THE SCENIC BIKE ROADS ARE OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR
