This home sits on a short block bordered by a marina on each end; one marina showcased by a delicious local's favorite riverfront restaurant and the other with the fun and excitement of jet ski rentals on the intracoastal. The beach is only 1 1/2 blocks away with a wonderful oceanfront park to access the sand and surf. This park offers parking, restrooms, playground and picnic area.
Open the front door to the large screened porch and the french doors to the pool and savor the endless ocean/river breezes. A pebble garden sitting area with table and chairs is a great choice to view the oceanfront condos and the perfect setting for your morning cup of coffee or night cocktail. The spacious living room, large bedroom and den/guest bedroom make this vacation home your perfect choice.
