Description of the Daytona Beach vacation home rental
This home is located in the best Daytona Beachside Division (Ocean Dunes) 2 blooks from Daytona beach shores. Yet a little over 1 mile to Main Street and The Ocean Walk Center. 5 houses from the Beach and very few full time neighbors. 500 BLOCK OF WISTERIA RD. DAYTONA BEACH FL 32118
When you enter it is total bliss. You will not want to leave. All brand new appliances. Dressers and closets in all bedrooms. French doors close off the formal living room from kitchen and located in back of house perfect for those that want to relax or read while the rest of the home is occupied or others entertain. There is a door to access the back yard. You enter the home at the Family room the kitchen is located in the center of the home. 2 bed rooms and 1 bath are located at east end of home a door at kitchen's edge closes off the other 2 bedrooms and 1 bath as well as laundry facility. The rooms located at the west end of home have additional doors that lead to back yard and one has french doors leading to front yard. A home set up for families where rival members will be accomdated :)
Central heat and air as well as All Major Appliances are Brand New, washer and dryer, Dishwasher, Blender,Coffee Maker, Toaster, Electric Wok, Fully Stocked Kitchen bath towels, bed, linens, cable tv, ceiling fans in all rooms two in kitchen. sleeps 8 comfortably. Living room couch has queen Pull out bed. Iron and board, safe and secure street and driveway parking. All Kitchenware. extra storage convertable room for Bike storage, It even has a fenced in yard for your small family pet. Or Back yard Barbeque. All grass front and back is a great kids play area. Activity and City guide Wall Maps in Kitchen to plan things to do, eat, drink, play.

still drive on many parts and see the beautiful views. Restaurants,
water skiing, swimming, jet skiing, biking, fresh water and deep sea
fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, marina, yachting, surf fishing,
surfing, wind surfing, boating, golf, casinos, special activities
and attractions, including: Speed Week, Daytona International
Speedway, Bike Week, NASCAR Racing (Daytona 500 & Pepsi 400),
Biketober Fest. Short Drive to all Orlando attractions (i.e. Disney
World, Sea World, Universal Studios theme parks) and historic St.
Augustine and Cape Canaveral

A Wonderful Week

This is the first time we have ever rented a home. We are so glad we did. We enjoyed our stay so much, and we had no complaints. The house is very peaceful, and there was always a nice ocean breeze blowing. The house is fully stocked. You really only need bring your clothes and food. We had a lot of fun finding all the stuff that was packed in this house: beach toys, boogie boards, tools, replacement a/c filters, sewing kit, every utensil known to man, board games, DVD’s, umbrellas, loads of extra liens and towels, candles, matches, floor fan, bread machine....LOL....every time we needed something we'd say, "I bet she has one somewhere." and then we were off on a hunt. The scented candles all throughout the house were wonderful. It has DSL and cable, beautiful wooden floors, a small fenced in yard, and it’s a quiet street with nice neighbors that talk. It has hot, hot water and powerful water pressure; makes for a great shower! Yes, the Florida room has no A/C vent, but if you leave the double doors open the air circulates fine. Our contact with the owner was always prompt, courteous, and very helpful. The house is well stocked and very clean. My daughter is a clean freak (due to an illness), and she had no complaints. She didn’t even go around and re-clean everything; like she does in hotel rooms...LOL...that’s like getting the Good House Keeping Seal…LOL. We would definitely stay here again.

There was only a small entrance key code hangup in the beginning which was resolved quickly & easily. Otherwise everything worked out quite well for our short stay. I believe everyone in our party was satisified. We would definitely consider staying there again and would recommend it to others.

The house was in a terrific location, very close to the beach and easy to get to from the Interstate. There is a somewhat small fenced backyard, but probably larger than most in the area, with a grill and patio area. It is fully equipped with everything you may need, from linens to pots and pans, as well as being clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as did our three 30lb dogs!

Nice house with everything you need. The only problem was the 4th bedroom was not air conditioned. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Very well furnished. Walking distance to the beach. Great experiance overall. Would definately book again.

Had A Great Time, Location Was Perfect, Weather Was Excellent, However, House Needs Attention And A Thorough Cleaning. Chair On Front Porch, Broken & My Sister In Law Fell Backward When She Sat Down & Almost Hit Her Head; Coffee Pot Was Filthy, Not Clean From Previous Renters; Should Have Someone Look At Front Porch Supports, Very Rusted; You Could Hardly See Out Of The Windows, Filthy - We Washed Some; Fans Were Filthy And We Cleaned Them; Pans, We Cooked With, Less Than Poor Condition, Dollar Store Quality; We Purchased A Cork Screw; Previous Renters' Garbage Left For Us To Dispose Of; Electric Should Be Up-graded So Lights Won't Blink While Washer & Dryer Are In Use; Vacuum Cleaner Needs To Be Replaced, Wheels Fall Off; 2nd Tv Does Not Work; We Cleaned Mice Turds From Kitchen Cabinet Drawers; Back Bedroom To The Right Of Back Bathroom, Is Not A Bedroom - Not Fit For More Than Storage, No Air Conditioning Or Heat; Back Bedroom To The Left Of Back Bathroom, Not Very Clean, Light Bulbs Were Out, No Plugs To Plug In Lights; Stove Needs Updating, Very Cheap; Front Living Room Needs Curtain Brackets Put Up, Blinds Don't Open Properly; Front Room Blinds Need Attention, Falling Down; Back Bathroom Toilet Runs All The Time; Tub, Water Faucets Run All The Time; Door On Shower In Back, Does Not Shut Properly, Needs Adjustment; Furnace Filters Need Replacing; Need A New Toilet Seat In Back Bath Room.

The house was very cozy. It had everything we needed to cook with, etc.. We only found a couple of things wrong. The first was that there are no hide-a-beds in the couch. The second was that the 4th bedroom does not have an air vent in it. So if you are counting on a fourth bedroom, don't unless it's about 60 degrees outside. When the room was closed in, they didn't add the proper equipment to heat & cool the room. Other than those issues, it was really nice and a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely come back. However, we will bring fans next time.

The home was very beautiful and clean with great access to the beach. Some of the amentities as advertised were not available, i.e wireless internet and tv locks code. As a family with kids, television is important on a vacation. Televisions throughout the home would be a nice upgrade.

Turkey Run vacation

We stayed at this home over Thanksgiving for the Turkey Run at Daytona Speedway. It was a lovely home and it was great with all of us being able to stay together as we usually rent separate hotel rooms. The only we missed was not having internet! The owners were very accommadating. We hope to stay next year too.

my brother, his family and I stayed in this home away from home for a wonderful 7 days. It didn't take us long to feel like we were at home. The house was clean and very spacious. Everyone had plenty of room. The location to the beach was awesome. Not only did we get plenty of sun and sand, we got plenty of exercise. It was also awesome to be so close to so many other things to do. This home made our first trip to florida very memorable and hopefully not our last trip to florida. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. We are looking forward to coming back and staying in the house again next year.

Couldn't Get Better!

WOW! Four friends and I rented this house for 7 nights in late June 2009. We were astonished at how great the house was and its cleanliness. 5 teenagers don't require exquisite housing, but this house was perfect! A full kitchen with everything you need, two living rooms (4 couches), washer and dryer for laundry, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The air conditioning unit and ceiling fans cooled the house down VERY much. I would wake up mid-way through the nights cold even on days when it had been 90+ degrees! Being hundreds of feet away from the beach may have been the best attraction of this house. You could wake and and roll out of bed and practically be on the beach. This trip had been better than I anticipated. 5 stars for sure! And you CAN NOT beat the prices! Only $600 for 7 nights! I strongly recommend this to ANYONE!

This house is better than described in the review. It is very spacious and even has an extra bedroom in the back to make it 4 bedrooms plus 2 living rooms. The extra bathroom really helped and you cant beat it for the price. It is right across from the beach and close to the attractions. The only thing that could have made the experience better was internet, but on vacation it isnt the most important thing.
