One mile from Publix and Starbucks and Walgreens shopping mall, located in a quiet neighborhood. The Ocean is close; the river is close. The Mall, Daytona 500 International Speedway, Hospitals, University of Central Florida are all within 15 minutes.

One car garage, tool shed out back. Large fenced in back yard, pets welcome. Rent by month or week. Room to park a trailer.

I am a Presbyterian Minister now running a non-profit with street kids in Ukraine. The house has a library of books. You are free to use them.

You can leave it cleaner that you found it, or pay $75 for a cleaning fee

$495 per week or $1050 per month.

during SPEED WEEKS AND BIKE WEEKS it is $200 a day, 5 day minimum, no cleaning fees.

the best entertainment, of course, is the ocean. A chair, a glass of wine, a good book or magazine at sunrise or sunset, lay around in the water or ride the waves. take one hour walks. If you are a biker or cyclist, there is a 25 mile loop that takes you past some of the most beautiful scenery in florida.
