Description of the Daytona Beach vacation home rental
There is a separate one bedroom apartment that may be rented with the house or separately. The listed rates are for normal rental periods. Rental rates may be higher for special event weeks. Special events include Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Speedweek, Coke 400(4th of July week),Turkey Rod Run, holidays, and may include others.
MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER. All children must be accompanied by parent or guardian.

Couldn't have had a better place for the money.. really nice.. the pix of this house do not give it the justice it has.. very large rooms for the space of 10, 12, or even 14 no problem.. will definitely be staying there again next Oct..

Unbelievable Trip

What a well equipped vacation home! My husband's family has been spending a summer weekend at the beaches in this area since 1962, usually in motels. This year our son was joining us from LA and we wanted a family friendly stay so we could visit without being crowded in a single room. And boy did we get it!!! We rented the house with pool and also the apartment for over flow and THOROUGHLY enjoyed each other. Access to the beach was easy, the kitchen had everything we needed to feed the crowd and plenty of space to get away for those who needed to. I arrived home without a mound of laundry(2 huge washers/dryers on site) and still had money in our pockets. We would all like to recreate this experience again next year, THANKS Nicole for the caring service, The Roses

90 Seconds to Toes in the Sand

I could never say enough good things about renting from Nicole. She is the most responsive owner I've ever dealt with. The house was wonderful ~ so much space for everyone to spread out! It was clean, very well equipped, extras for everything you could possibly need. Everything you might require for the house was provided. A wonderful laundry is on the property with 2 each of washers and dryers, giving plenty of room to keep up with wet swimsuits and towels. Nicole provides even beach towels. The teens absolutely LOVED the proximity to the beach ~ you can literally walk for less than two minutes and have your toes in the sand. :D Who could ask for anything more? A pool?? Oh yes, that's here, too. (Where I stayed on a float for 5 days, enjoying music and the salty breezes). The pool people were very diligent in caring for the pool, subsequent to some extremely windy weather the week of our stay. Just awesome, all the way around. Thanks so much, Nicole, for a wonderful stay. (There were some logs in the firepit upon our arrival, though we didn't use the pit ~ it was a nice touch that someone had left the extra wood :)

Family vacation

We finally went on a family vacation after 8 years. It was my husband, our 4 daughters, my mom and dad, and my friend and her daughter. We arrived at the house and the photos do not do it justice. The kids had an amazing time, they absolutely loved the pool. The beach is literally across the street. Nicole was so easy to deal with. She literally has everything you would need available to you in the house. It was an amazing vacation. A quick one hour drive to Disney, sea world, etc. great vacation and will definitely stay there again!!

Our family of 8 stayed at 223 Milsap for two weeks Feb 25th to Mar 10th 2012. It was our first time renting a home and Nicole made it one of the best decisions we ever made. We had ages 10 months to 81 years old and everyone had a wonderful time. Room to move around and privacy if needed for all. With 3 children, having the use of 2 washers and dryers was great. The beach is 1/2 a block away and although we could of taken our van we always brought a chair and cooler and walked, often barefoot! The pool was cleaned twice a week and although not heated the kids were in almost every day! There are 7 restaurants within walking distance although the charcoal BBQ was used a lot. The house has everything you need and if anything goes wrong ( we had a plugged sink once) or something was missing, 1 phone call and it was supplied of fixed! The WIFI reception is very good and long distance calls to Canada were an unexpected bonus. We were very happy with our holiday and would recommend any group or family to do the same. We rode our bikes from North Carolina and were very pleased when we arrived. We rode everyday and loved coming back to a relaxing location. Very spacious and comfortable. LOVED the palm tree in the sunroom!

Stayed with a group of friend for a destination wedding- this place took all our worries away, we forgot we were supposed to stressing about a wedding and had a blast. The pool was so great we only went to the ocean to swim one day out of a week. The owner was so thoughtful in the decor and supplies she made avail. Beach was beautiful day and night- you can actually drive on it!!! Love it! Would tell everyone i know and dont know for that matter, to stay here.

A group of us rented the beachside getaway May 12-15th & from the time we pulled in the driveway & entered the house WE LOVED IT! All of the rooms were neatly cleaned, appliances were at our fingertips, the pool was clean, & the house was across the street from the beach. If we wanted, we could walk to restaurants, shopping areas, and etc. We had a great time while there. We're booked & ready for another stay in September! I would highly recommend this house for any type of getaway! We also rented the separate apartment that's attached to the house & we loved it as well. The $500 deposit was released a few days after the stay. We had NO complaints. The cleaning fee that has to be paid with the rental is worth it as well. The house was completely clean! Looking forward to the upcoming visit back to the Daytona Beachside Getaway!

This place was great for some summertime fun! The house itself was fantastic and had everything I needed. My bedroom was spacious, as was the living area, and it was just a short walk to the beach. In the mornings I would walk to the beach and then around lunchtime I would come back and chill poolside in the very private backyard. In the evenings, we could just walk to dinner at one of the surrounding restaurants! It was awesome! I went with 10 other friends and there was plenty of room for us all. The owner was super nice and very easy to deal with. I will be back next year!!

Best Beach Getaway ever!!!

This is the second time we have this property for our annual Girls Gone Wild beach trip. There were 11 of us (up from 9 the year before) and we had everything we needed. It felt like we all moved to a new home for a week and settled right in. Super convenient access to the beach, restaurants and shops (a little too easy to find a reason to buy more beach gear). If we hadn't decided to go out to eat one night a little down the road, I would have never even had to get in a car. Nothing quite like breakfast, beach, lunch, pool, nap, dinner and night-time fun every day. Already booked again for next year!

Safe, Clean, and Quiet

I stayed at the house with ten other adults and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house is clean and comfortable. We were able to easily hang out together in the living area and by the pool. There were also plenty of places on the side patios for private time with a good book. The neighborhood is close enough to enjoy all that Daytona has to offer while providing a quiet and safe environment. It was perfect for our annual girls trip and would be great for families too. We will definitely be back!

This is the 3rd time I've rented this beach house. It gets better with each visit. Nicole has added more special touches you won't find at a typical rental. There was enough room for all eleven of us at the pool, in the dining room, or in the living room. You really can't find another rental that size for the price. Can't wait until next summer.

I am not sure what I can say that hasn't already been said! The owners were wonderful to work with (all their responses were prompt and the return of our security deposit was super quick). The house was much larger than we expected probably due to the open layout. While it had an open layout there was still plenty of space for you to find a quiet, private moment. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need (the owner did not list all of the appliances and stuff that they provide); we were shocked at the amount of beach towels that the owner provided (there was a HUGE basket of towels). I think my favorite part of the house was the oversized shower in the master bedroom, it was quite luxurious. The walk to the beach was very short. The beach was never packed and there was a lifeguard station where you would enter the beach. We can't wait to go back to Ormond Beach and rent this house again.

We had a large group of people staying at this beautiful home, and it worked perfectly for our trip! It was clean and inviting when we arrived, with a gorgeous pool in back and a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was big enough for several of us to use at once, and the bedrooms all have a fan, which is nice after we spent the day laying in the sun! Definitely recommend this, and we will be reserving it for next year!

My family of 13 stayed at this house and loved it. It was our best vacation yet. Nicole was very professional and accomodating. When we arrived we all had huge smiles on our faces, the layout of the home was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out together but also enough room to get away if we needed to. To our surprise the attached laundry room had a bunch of beach toys for my neices and nephews even boogie boards (huge hit). The ocean was just across the street. We went on a night walk down the beach and saw lots of sea creatures. There is plenty of stuff to do in the area if you don't feel like relaxing by the pool. However, I recommend renting a vehicle. The kitchen was great for the amount of meals we liked to cook. It was stocked with all the utensils you would need. GREAT PLACE!

The owners were absolutly wonderful. I was there to get married and they made this happen with wonderful communication and easied my mind. There were 14 of us staying in the house and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool everyday all day. The house was in a perfect location. I would highly recommend this place and hope one day to go back again.

This house was great. Better and bigger than the listing seems. Plenty of room for our group of 20. The pool was great and the walk to the beach is shorter than it looks. There is also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

Our stay at this vacation home was excellent. There were 14 of us, including small children, this home had all of the amenities needed. The short walk to the beach, and the pool sold us. I would recommend this property to everyone highly. The owners were very helpful, accomodating and a pleasure to work with.

There was 14 of us that stayed here, the home was big enough for all of us. The beach is olny a short walk away, very nice pool area. The house has every thing u need, very lovely home, will return and rent again. We had so much fun in daytona, there is lots to do and u can drive a short distance to do just about anything u would want to do while there. The beach is nice and not too busy, there is driving on the beach which is nice but not to busy in the area. The owner is very helpfull and easy to work with. Would highly recommened this place.

Rented house for crew while racing in Daytona. House was very spacious with all you would need for a great getaway. Just minutes from the beach or anything you need. Plan to rent again in the future to enjoy the pool area as well.

the house was deceiving. walked into a large living room to the dining room... 2 minute walk to the ocean. 20 minute drive to our destination of the tennis center.. had a great weekend. we had everything we needed. and every thing was there for us to use. chairs, towels for the pool and beach
