Description of the Daytona Beach vacation home rental

Welcome to a beautiful beach side home in Daytona Beach Florida which is located close to the main attractions, restaurants, shops and beach.

This home is equipped with 4 Bedrooms, which contain 5 Beds, 1 King, 2 Queens and 2 Twins, 4 Bathrooms, a Full Kitchen which Seats 8, Main Floor Laundry, Family Room with lovely High End Furniture, a Gaming Room with a full sized Pool Table and Stereo System. There are 6 Television sets of which 2 are 42" Flat Screens. We've just added a piano and an exercise machine. There are 2 Air Condition systems and 6 Ceiling Fans to keep you cool and comfortable. There is Free WIFI and Free long Distance calling within North America.

The backyard is simply gorgeous with a HUGE SALT WATER POOL, TIKI HUT, WOODEN DECK and a GAS BBQ for your outdoor entertaining and enjoyment. The backyard is fully fenced and very private. There are lots of butterflies, birds, and squirrels who ever so often put on a show for whoever is willing to watch. There is also an outdoor shower to wash the sand and salt off after your day at the beach which is just a 1/4 mile away.

This home was recently renovated and no expense was spared when it comes to quality and comfort since we would like you to visit us as often as you can.

Area Information

The house is located on a very quiet and safe street, where there is a vibrant neighborhood watch in place. You are within 1 mile to most attractions and shopping. The beach is just 2 blocks away, at night you can hear the relaxing sounds of the ocean. Disney is just a short 1 hour drive away, Kennedy Space is 45 minutes away, and 20 minutes drive south you can visit the manatees and dolphins.

Spent a week here with 4 friends on a motorcycle trip. House was in great shape beds were comfortable televisions in every room. Also a bathroom for each bedroom kitchen well stocked. Highlight had to be backyard pool was amazing and very refreshing after a day of riding to Kennedy space center or destination daytona. Ate at staves diner a couple times French toast was great blacksheep tavern was also good. Feel a little guilty never went to beach but with your backyard there was no need. Would recommend highly to anyone.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the house with family and friends. Plenty of room for 12 people and great to have 4 bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen for cooking in the house. Nice pool! Beautiful view and gorgeous sunrise over the waterway! Would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation. This beautiful beach home has everything you need and much more. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and lemon pound cake...yum...we thank the Wise family for opening up their home for us to enjoy. Again, super nice location. Don't forget to eat at Boondock's it was excellent
