Description of the Daytona Beach vacation home rental
This home is very livable. Big enough to provide privacy for large families, couples or friends who vacation together. Besides the 3 bedrooms we have two other rooms for sleeping that are private. One room is the den (queen size sofa bed) panels close for privacy and you have your own TV. The other has a twin bed (chest of drawers for clothing). 3rd bathroom is closest to this room, it's off the laundry room (for showering when you come from the beach). Piano & organ for those musically inclined. 2 car garage.
This home is located on corner property, allowing more privacy, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Has a circular driveway, allowing parking space for more vehicles. View from the front porch is lovely. Everyone loves the backyard with its upper patio for private sunning, and swing in the lower area.

We're 3 short blocks to ocean. 90 minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Marine Land, Universal Studios, and the Kennedy Space Center. 15 minutes from Daytona International Speedway. Nationally acclaimed restaurants abound. Close to Ponce Inlet for chartered fishing and casino boats. Grocery store 5 minutes away.
Beautiful, well kept park 2 miles South in Daytona Beach Shores with free parking, kid's playground, grills/picnic tables, bathrooms, outdoor showers, ramp to beach, handicapped facilites for beach.
