Great place I used to celebrate my 30th birthday....the house was great, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated!!!! The beach was close by, and other Daytona fun spots a shirt drive away. I loved all the anenitities, the best blender ever, and they even had shot glasses!!!! The shower is amazing, and you will be surprised at all the peace and quiet!!!! Great place to stay, I will be back!!!!!

We rented the large unit was just two of us for the first week. then grandkids came down for second week .house was very well stocked with kitchen utensils,linens.towels,etc. all things you needed just like at home. driveway had plenty of parking for truck and bikes.house was very clean and comfortable had a very pleasant stay.also beach toys , balls etc for the kids to play with a plus.beach only a short walk away.washer and dryer also a nice amenity.would recommend staying here .great communication with owner

My wife & I took our 14 year old daughter and her friend down to Daytona Beach in April 2012. We rented the larger unit and were extremely satisfied. It was clean and well stocked. This included all kitchen/cooking utensils, towels and recreational equipment (beach carts, chairs, mats to lay on, et.) for the beach, including a couple of bicycles. The unit would comfortably sleep 6 people as stated. The beach is a short walk from the unit, and is easily accessed via an acccess walk between two hotels. The units share the use of a laundry room, which was also a great benefit. The owners are very easy to work with, and offer a reasonable rental rate and I wished they owned properties in other resort areas, based on the way this property is being maintained, as I would rent from them again. I strongly recommend anyone to rent this property based on the experience we had.

Clean and shiny

This is the first time we have stayed in this house but found it very clean and we had a wonderful time. The beach is on a short five minute walk. The house is in a nice, safe neighborhood. The yard is completely fenced which was great as we took two dogs and were able to just let them run out the door without worry. The owners were wonderful to work with. Lots of communication. All e-mails answered promptly. We would definitely rent this duplex again.

My wife and I relocated from Illinois and was in a pinch when we got down here because we had no idea where we was going to stay until we find an apartment. Aurelia was very accomadating with the short notice we gave her. Very quick to respond to our request and very mindfull of us and her property. We stayed in the smaller unit in the front and it worked out great! Very nice with and all of our needs we met and the fenced in back yard came in great with our dog we brought along. Very good location to the ocean and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting something far better then a hotel!

Best condo rental experience

We rent a lot of condos throughout the year, and this is by far the nicest one we've visited. The owners put so many amenities into the house that you feel like you are at home - very unusual. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with all the gadgets i have at home, and special touches like a beach chairs and a cart to get them to the beach. Every time I turned around, I was discovering another "gift" like clothes detergent, or lots of cozy towels, or spices to cook with. You name it, it is there! I will definitely consider this rental again. Truly the best rental experience we've had.

My son and I stayed for a few days in the small unit in July and returned for the later part of August and the month of September. We found the unit as before meeting all our needs and giving us the comfort of home as we took on the search to find our own home. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners Aurelia and her husband Alex, who are very friendly and care deeply about making sure their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Again, wonderful place to stay, quiet, clean, and a beautiful short walk to the beach. I have no reservations on recommending either unit and give it A++++++

We stayed in the larger unit which was very accommodating for 4 adults. The home is very clean and so tastefully decorated. The 3 minute walk to the beach is perfect and we found the neighborhood to be quiet and relaxing during our stay. I had never rented a beach home before, but found it to be so much better than our usual hotel stay. I highly recommend this property. It is obvious that the owner has taken the extra steps to make your stay feel like "home".

Just like home!

Renting this home for our week vacation was the best vacation idea we've had! Both units were immaculate and perfect for our adventure. Both units contained everything we needed to cook, clean, do laundry and relax. The landlord is great to deal with and she responded quickly to any and all communication. I was sad to hear that she didn't have any other properties in other states. My group took our motorcycles to Daytona and there was more than enough parking at the house. The house is minutes from Daytona Beach and all the shopping you can handle.

Clean, Tastefully furnished, well supplied. Location could not have been better. Quiet, private and peaceful.. One of the most relaxing vacations I've had! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful beach stay

We just came back from a week at this beautifully decorated home. Very comfortable and more homey than a condo. Nice fenced yard, great neighbors, and no more of a walk to the beach than from most condos. Thought the kids might not make it because of no cable/satellite or wi-fi, but they did. It is really a GREAT place to spend some quality family time! Thanks so much, Aurelia!!!

my family and i stay in this house for a weak i love it this house have everything you need in a house and the beach is really close, my kid enjoy and love staying here they din't wanted go home, i will definitely stay here again we o ready planing are next vacation with the other part of the family.

My husband and I (retired) can't say enough good things about Aurelia Marin's unit that we rented for a month this spring, (Mar/April). The unit was nicely decorated and had EVERYTHING supplied that you might need except food. We were impressed and pleased. We enjoyed sitting outside and our morning walks to the beach. Children would love the beach that is just across the street. The owner is concerned enough about your stay to be available by phone or email if you should have any questions. Retirees from Michigan

Review:
We rented the larger unit for labor day weekend and were more than pleased. The pictures are spot on and everything looks exactly as portrayed. The house is clean, well stocked, and beautifully maintained. We couldn't ask for a better location either - it is a 3 minute walk to the beach! The yard is big which gave plenty of room for our dog to run around. We met the homeowners on the last day and they are so nice and pleasant. It is evident that they've put a lot of work and care into this home and we couldn't be more happy with our stay!
