Description of the Daytona Beach vacation townhouse rental
Beautiful, quiet and relaxing two story townhouse right on the beach. It is about 1.5 miles North on A1A( Atlantic Ave) from The Pier. When you enter the townhouse you have the stairs to the left. There are two large bedrooms upstairs and a full bath. Fully furnished, one queen and one King with plently of room for Pack and Play in both rooms if you have baby/small children. Very Large closets and dressers to put your clothes. Flat screen TV on the wall in the master bedroom and over 75 DVD's for the DVD player. Beds and bed linens are of high quality. Full bathroom has new tile and is very nice. Linen closet has lots of towels and sheets.
The main entrance brings you into great room in the front with new sofa and love seat(not pictures yet) and other nice new furniture. It includes a pull out queen sleeper sofa with high quality mattress with built in electric inflatable air mattress.(The best mattress I have ever slept on) Small dinning area that is fully tiled then into the kitchen. New appliances and all the comforts of a full kitchen at home. Half bath(new tile) is in back with storage closet with beach chairs, beach mats, children's sand toys in a mesh bag and umbrellas for your use. Downstairs includes flat screen TV with DVD Player. Cable is included.

Area Information
We are so close to everything! Less than one mile from some awesome restaurants. We are only 1.5 miles to the pier, Main Street and Ocean Walk so if you do not mind the walk, you can really walk to everything. Many food stores, shopping and restaurants are within 1/2 to 1 mile North of our Building.

There is a great place called Ocean Walk by the Convention Center on A1A. They have three small floors for shopping, restaurants and movies. There is also a Water park, go carts a huge inside arcade and miniature golf. Down near the pier there are amusement rides, arcades and shopping on Main Street.

great vacation

we had a great time on vacation. April was very nice and accommodating. She even brought a highchair for me to use for the week. Place was very clean and felt like home. We didnt get very many channels on TV downstairs but upstairs worked great! The only thing I missed was a balcony but other than that, no complaints at all. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks April!!
