Description of the Daytona Beach Shores vacation apartment rental

Great deal on an apartment all to yourself in a fantastic neighborhood overlooking the ocean!

Very clean and adorable two bedroom apartment available by the night. It is located near shops and restaurants and is just a walk away from the pier.

This apartment is my home and furnished as such, complete with a master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with twin beds, and a plasma tv with cable for those days you just want to stay in. Full bath shower in private bathroom, full kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment includes an ocean view balcony and air-conditioning. There is also a washer/dryer in unit.

A REFUNDABLE deposit is required before check-in, payable via AirBnB. This is to provide us with some insurance in case of breakage and/or theft. It is promptly returned within 48 hours of check out, providing the space is left in the SAME condition in which it was sublet.

Minimum Age for rental property is 25 years old.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of the Pirate's Cove hotel overlooking the ocean, foot steps away from the dock, restaurants, mini golf for the children, and an all around enjoyable carefree time.
