Description of the Daytona Beach Shores vacation condo rental

Fully furnished Across from the Worlds Most Famous Beach. 5 mi. south of Main Street Daytona, 5 mi. North of picturesque Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Beautifully decorated, King Masterbed,Twin beds in Guest. Across the street, going South is the No-Drive beach,going North is the Drive Beach. Our condo is very well equipt with tasteful and contemporary decor. Please include your phone number with your inquiry. Rates vary depending on the events going on in the area. Although this is a first floor and lacks the ocean view, the convenience of parking close to your car and not having to use the main entrance of the building is a convenience you will quickly appreciate. The condo includes sheets, towels, pillows,all new bedding, clean new appliances, every pot and pan, dish,glass,towel,utensil, and accessory you can imagine. 3 TV's DVD player. Lg Pool, Tennis, fishing, Surfing, nearby Golf, 20 min to Daytona Speedway, 90 min. to Disney and theme parks, 60 min. to Kennedy Space Center, 60 min. to Historic St. Augustine. Rates are $1400/mo for Jan & Feb. $1500 for March $750/wkly. $250 deposit for weekly rentals, and $500 deposit for monthly rentals. Payment in full 30 days prior to arrival. We spent 2 months here . The condo has everything you'll need during your stay. The condo is very clean as is the building. Daytona beach shores was the perfect place to spend our vacation. The owners are very helpful.
