This place was way too crowded for me and was not a very family friendly destination. The condo was not well stocked for someone who plans on cooking. I was disappointed and do not plan on returning. My chair was stolen off the beach the first day while I was fixing supper. In the 7 years that I have been going to the beach, we have never had a problem like this.

We have been to a lot of beach houses over the years, but this one is by far the best one we have ever rented. It is not only a "beach friendly" house, with tile throughout, it is spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It has the best boardwalk to the beach with a "landing" to leave your chairs and beach toys instead of having to carry al of them back to the house each day. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, including a blendor. We had a great time, and will not hesitate to rent this wonderful beach house again!

This house was wonderful. We had so much fun. We came down from Tennessee, my brothers traveled from Oklahoma. All together there were nine of us. But, we have family in Port Orange and Sarasota who came up to visit us. It was a great week, could have been a little warmer, but otherwise it was great. No one wanted to leave, but life goes on. Hopefully, we can do it again soon. Thanks for great accomidations. Ann

This beach home was an ideal place for my family's vacation in Florida. There were eight of us - six adults and two young kids. The rooms were spacious to accommodate all of us nicely. The kitchen is beautifully designed to make it easy for several people to work in there all at once using stainless steel appliances. The living room with large TV was an enjoyable place to spend time relaxing with everyone. Having our own private spa pool in the backyard was so much better than sharing with a large hotel and being restricted to their pool hours. The beach is seen from the rear windows and is just a short walk. We all had a nice time at this rental house and hope to stay there again one day.

great house, great location, wonderful beach. Only downside was the beds were not as comfortable as you would expect from a luxury property and the outside deck furniture was really cheap and uncomfortable (think walmart clearance). Expected the bedding and outside furniture to match the level of appliances and interior finishes.
