Direct Oceanfront Studio ( 636 Sq. Ft. ) (#35654)

Write a review This is the second year we have stayed at this unit. This year was even better than last year. Everything is just as shown and stated in the description, only greater. The owner is just great to deal with. Very honest and helpful in every way. Contact is always very fast and all questions answered, usually in less than 24 hrs. The photo's shown do not show the unit justice. Just about every morning you wake to a beautiful red sunrise over the ocean thur the tinted windows from ceiling to the floor. In a ten day stay, there was only one morning that we did not see at least four or more dolphins. The other day, we saw two---ha,ha. They usually swim around for appx 15 to 30 minuets feeding around 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. every morning. The unit has everything you could ask for with a price that is about have of the other units in the same Oceanside Inn that are facing the ocean. I'd say that anyone that saw this unit and stayed would never be disappointed in any way. We had a wonderful time with great accomodations. The studio is exactly what you see and is perfect for any sun lover. You have everything you need to enjoy the pool and the beach. Highly recommend visiting sometime! This is a great place, amazing view and reasonable pricing. Would definately stay again. Our vacation was absolutely perfect. The room was amazing and it had everything we could have needed and even more. The view was gorgeous! We cannot thank you enough! My daughter was on Spring Break from college and we both enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the view was fantastic, the beds slept good, and the staff was very friendly. We want to visit another time and would certainly recommend the condo. This unit was absolutly spotless, it has an unbelivable sunrise view from the floor to ceiling glass panels that face the ocean, the rates were far better than any where else in the area during this time period. Dealing directly with the owner was a pleasure and we will be planning a return trip shortly. many thanks Joe The studio was nice/clean. Absolutely awesome view. Ammenities were ok, no hot tub :0( The only thing that we would suggest is to replace soft mattress with firm ones. Will definitely stay again. Would highly recommend this rental to others. We had a wonderful long weekend. Everything was as stated and the lounge/restaurant was very handy. I would steal the beds if I could. We would definitely stay here again. Close to plenty of places to eat, shop and play games. Great view and a very clean place to stay including the whole building. If I get the chance I'll try to stay here again. We spent 4 nights in this wonderful room. It has an excellent view and was well furnished. The hotel itself was quite full, but our room was very quiet. We will definately return. We enjoyed our vacation. Everything is as listed no surprises. Room was excellent with two double beds, small refrigerator, etc. We had never been to Daytona Beach and didn't realize you could drive your car on the beach! For once received a honest and wonderful stay. Everything was just exactly as listed in the rental item view. The room was perfect and just as listed. Looking out thur the sundeck to see the morning sun rises can not be put into words. This has with no exceptions, been the best place I have ever stayed in the Daytona Beach area. If you every get a chance, this is the place to stay. We stayed 27th July 08 thur 3 Aug 08. The rates were real reasonably, lower than most of the so called perfect hotels in the area and even cheaper than most of the flea bag units scatteres around the area. It had free covered parking, easy acess to all the hotel features and near anything that you should need. I recommend this unit over any that I have every stayed in this area, and I have paid a lot more for most of them.
