Peck Plaza Condo is located in Daytona Beach Shores directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Just step off the lower deck on to the sand.
This 2 bedroom condo has both an ocean and intercoastal waterway view from the 14th floor. There are only 4 units on each floor and this one has one-fourth of the floor. It is a unique round building with huge bay windows in each bedroom that is listed as one of the 3 top Wonders of Daytona.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining dressing area and bath with a new vanity and granite top. The second bedroom and bath area is designed so that privacy in both parts on the condo is assured. The large private southern balcony with tble chairs and chaise lounge overlooks both the ocean and the intercoastal waterway and receives the best sun for sun for enjoyment.The Kitchen is a full kitchen that contains all items that we have in our own home so that all we need to bring is our clothes and personal items. You can do the same and lack nothing.

Daytona Beach Shores is borders the southern end of Daytona Beach, Fl. It is on a barrier reef 1 block wide situated between the Atlantic Ocean Beach on the East and the intercoastal waterway 1 block west.

The beach is one of the few you can drive on with your own car or rent bikes, golf carts, beach umbrellas, etc. County Beach Lifeguards and Concessions are scattered up and down the beach for safety and enjoyment.The beach is one where walking, jogging or running is easy due to the flatness and firmness of the sand.

The Top of Daytona is a gourmet Restaurant/Bar on the 29th floor with a 360 degree view of the entire Daytona area. When built, the building was the highest on the eastern seaboard. You may take your elevator to their private entrance or use the public elevator from the outside.

For entertainment in the condo, we have 3 TVs (1-42in.,
1-32 in.) with 2 DVD players and 1 VCR Player and High Speed Internet. There are tennis rackets, ice coolers, beach toys, and portable radios. Downstairs you will find his and hers saunas, pool, ping pong, exercise and library rooms. Outside are 2 large decks off the 2nd and 3rd floors with shuffleboard, heated pool, kiddie pool, large hot tub, half court basketball court, and a private tennis court.

Next door is the Shores Resort and Spa which offers full spa services, oceanfront Tiki Bar and 2 firepits for an evening after enjoying the areas only 4 Diamond Restaurant
