Description of the Daytona Beach Shores vacation condo rental
The ample balcony with patio furniture is a good place to relax, have a cool drink, and view the beach and street activity. It is always warm and pleasant especially during the winter months. In summer, the sun is high and there is only a few hours in the morning. You can even watch a launch from Cape Canaveral.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest in modern appliances. Everything else that you need in small appliances is there for day to day living as is table ware. Wall to wall patio doors afford a great view of the ocean from the kitchen and eating areas. The living room is comfortably furnished for conversation, reading and television. TheTV is a 46"HD flat screen with a huge selection of both HD and regular cable and a Blueray DVD player. Again there is a great view!
The master bedroom has full wall patio doors There's lots of closet space. It has a king sized bed, double dresser and two bed tables. The master bathroom is just to your left. Let the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep. The 2nd bedroom is ideally equipped to accommodate children and guests. There is lots of closet space. It has a queen sized bed, two dressers and one bed table. The adjoining bathroom is straight ahead. It has a tub and shower. A queen sized pull out sofa bed is also available in the living room. The unit has a laundry room with a large sized washer and dryer and some storage. Towels and linen are all supplied including beach towels. There is telephone with answering service in the kitchen and 2 other phones in each bedroom. only local are available, however long distance incoming calls can be answered. Wi-Fi is available no charge.
The Sand Dollar is a 55 unit condominium with heated pool, whirlpool, exercise room [limited], guest foyer, outside BBQ and picnic area, underground and deck parking, sprinkler and alarm system, reception/office manager and maintenance personnel. It is located on A1A, 4 blocks north of the Dunlawton Bridge. All of the units are privately owned. Sorry, no pets.

Area Information
The beach is a "drive on" in this area, but it is also great for walking or running and, of course, swimming and other beach activities. There are all kinds of recreational beach rentals, such as umberallas, deck chairs, buggies, bikes etc.
Just 20 minutes away is Daytona's International Speedway and Volusia Mall. Major shopping, cinemas and eateries are 10 minutes away on north Dunlawton. Ponce Inlet and the famous lighthouse, many restaurants and water front facilities are also close by. Daytona's popular flea market is located just on the other side of I-95.

We loved this condo. It is very nicely decorated and lots of room. The balcony overlooks both the Atlantic Blvd and the Ocean, which we loved to just sit out watch. It is in a great location and very close to amenities. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I LOVED this condo. It's beautifully decorated and very spacious- the perfect little getaway! There's a fantastic view from the balcony of, both, the beach and the Inland Waterway. Had a great time and we will definitely be back :)

This condo is absolutely beautiful inside and excellent views. It looks to be newly finished and furnished. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. You simply can't go wrong by renting this place. We loved everything about it.
