This is an amazing beach home to share your time with friends and family while taking a break to enjoy the warmth of the sun and the inspiration of the ocean. Count the waves as they wash ashore, the dolphins as they play or look the other direction and watch the boats travel up and down the waterway. Only 4 units per floor. We take pride in sharing our 2nd home with all the amenities of an upscale lifestyle. We have wireless internet and full Cable TVs in all rooms and stereo surround sound throughout. Well stocked kitchen and linens make this an easy transition from your home to the ideal vacation/destination. A full work out facility overlooking the ocean along with 2 heated pools and 2 hot tubs will keep you in a healthy state of body and mind. The condo is located within a short distance of grocery(Publix), restaurants and our favorite stores and amenities. Easy access to the mainland. Daytona Raceway is a 10min drive. This three bedrooms end unit offers you plenty of space 2180sqft, with room for guests. Community rooms are luxurious and spacious. Golf and tennis nearby. Underground parking for the unit with exterior permit parking for guests.
