Description of the Daytona Beach Shores vacation condo rental

The beautiful 22 story Grand Coquina is a luxury oceanfront condo. This 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo is direct oceanfront on the 6th floor and it is beautifully furnished by a decorator and has a gorgeous view. This large condo is over 2000 square feet and has very nice patio furniture which sits on a large private balcony that is accessible to the dining room, living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has an over sized tub with separate shower, separate his/her areas which are separate with mirrors and sinks. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities and granite countertops. The breakfast nook/table has 4 chairs with a large center table. It has a beautiful dining area with a large glass table and six chairs. There are two well maintained pools, one indoor and another outside.

Our condo is very well-maintained and has underground secure parking, secure access to building and secured beach access. This condo has Brighthouse internet service with DVR and free US and Canada calling.

Area Information

The Grand Coquina is located just one city block north of the Dunlawton bridge. There are close-by places to grocery shop and great places to eat including the Ponce Inlet area. There is a pier within walking distance.
