stayed at this condo for the month of march 2013, the studio was very clean had a great view and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. i would definitely recommend this condo for either a long vacation or a short stay.

The place was clean and updated and very comfortable...I would highly recommend this place and look forward to renting it again in the future! The only problem I had was with the WiFi otherwise it was a wonderful stay....thank you!

The studio was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The location is very convenient and close to shops and other... Michael, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

We spent the whole months of March in this studio and it was with heavy hearts when time came to leave. In fact, I liked it so much I am treating my son's family to two weeks in summer. The place is small but tidy and efficient, and the best part is it's fifth floor balcony. We spent many times there watching the ocean, people on the beach, and full moon (with cold drinks in hand). The condo staff is friendly, the building could not be situated any better, and there are many activities and attractions available in the vicinity. It was nice to meet the friendly owner - Michael. Thanks for wonderful memories!

enjoyed our stay at pirates cove. The location could not have been better sitting on the beach.We got up in the morning stood on the balcony and watched the dolphins.Five minutes up the street is all the attractions.Thanks Mike for your condo we hope you will allow us to rent it again. Nice room. Only 3 negative comments: 1 Didn't like that the bed "rolled", especially if you were propped up reading, etc. 2. Needs a broom so you can keep up with the sand. 3. Needs another trash can other than just a small bathroom one. You fill that up in 1 day.....

â#526 Wonderful/Economical Condo on the BEST BEACH!!â

My wife and I stayed in unit #526 in the Pirate's Cove Building for a long weekend before a lot of relatives came down for Christmas this year. The unit is owned by a Michael Nacea and it's obvious he takes pride in keeping his condo maintained. Everything was top-notch and super clean. We really enjoyed the balcony and its view of endless ocean and beach (actually saw dolphins on more than one occasion) . We also enjoyed nightly sipping wine on the balcony watching the day change to evening and cooking some great dinners and breakfast's too in the fully equipped kitchen. The studio has got everything you need: nice size flat screen T.V., its own wifi and internet, very comfortable queen beds (I think they were pillow top beds), and nice leisure furniture throughout. Oh, the bathroom has recently been remodeled and looks nice too. As far as the location goes, it is has easy access from the highway in Daytonna Beach and is surrounded by many close restaurants if you don't want to cook. Well, we slept lke babies on the ocean and are already looking forward to returning for some more "r and r" as soon as we can. This place is great and really an ecoonomical find too.
Room Tip: Some units are individually owned so you have to be careful which one you might decide to rent.
