This is a beautiful 3BR/2BA oceanfront home with beautiful views all around. The house has a deck which overlooks the beach and the water, and you are literally steps away from the beach.

- Private outside shower (for cleaning off after going down to the beach and/or swimming in the ocean)
- Elevated front deck off the master bedroom (great for watching the sunset and staying out of the wind in the winter)

Area Information

The area is quiet and calm since no vehicles are allowed on this area of the beach. There are no large condominium buildings in the area. This makes for beautiful unobstructed views and great long walks on the beach, and guarantees undisturbed relaxation since the beach is never crowded.

The house is just 5 minutes away from Daytona Beach city limits and 10 minutes away from downtown, so you'll be able to enjoy a wonderful, quiet vacation spot that is still centrally located and close to Daytona Beach attractions.
