This property is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2-bath Mobile Home, located in a very nice, safe mobile home park in DeRidder, La. 70634. It's in the city limit and close to all the shopping centers.

All levels of school age children are bused to school from the park. The park is located on North Hwy 171 and Evelyn St in DeRidder, La.

DeRidder, La. is approximatel 8-10 miles from the Military Base at Ft. Polk, La.

The rent is $700.00 a month and the deposit is the same. If you are interested, please call me and fax over a copy of your recent credit report and employment.

DeRidder is a city that applies Megan Laws and all landlords must have their tenants finger printed at the Sheriff's office. This is how they keep record of child molesters and criminals in the neighborhoods.

We rented the Mobile Home to a couple that were caught in the middle of Hurricane Katrina. They were so happy to have found our nice, clean mobile home park. They lived there for two years and were able to move back to New Orleans, a few months ago. Since they've moved we've install new carpet and it's just like new again. Very nice!
