This recently remodeled contemporary round house on 100 feet of private lakefront has the following features:

Retro Lake Landing is a fully furnished vacation getaway located on 100 feet of private lakefront on Deep Creek Maryland. It is a managed by Long & Foster, simply bring your friends, family, good food and let yourself unwind in the beautiful mountains of Western Maryland.

Ski Wisp (less than 5 minutes); Timberline/Canaan Valley (50 min Drive) or Seven Springs (55 min Drive). Enjoy the brand new White Water Adventure Center (3 minutes) or just kick back and relax and enjoy the view of the lake on the magnificant decks. Fish from the private dock, and tie up your boat and explore the lake at your leisure! Summer weeks are booking briskly, so grab the prime weeks while they last!

For fun, you can challenge your guests to a game of bumper pool or poker. Or take a bike ride or slow-paced walk around the peaceful lakeside setting. As the day cools down, jump in the hot tub or enjoy the warm glow of the fireplaces. As you settle in for the night, you can feel yourself becoming renewed.

At Retro Lake Landing, cleaning services at departure and linens for your stay are included. Rental rates vary by season and availability. This is a Non-Smoking home please (sorry, our kids have asthma)! Pets permitted with owner approval and pet fee.

In addition to the beauty of being lakeside for fishing, boating, swiming, tubing, watersking, and less than a mile from Wisp for snow skiing and other attractions, there is also nearby mini-golf, shopping, restaurants, 3 state parks with hiking and cross country skiing, 4 Wheelers, Snow mobiles, antique shops and homes to tour, horseback riding and train rides/sleigh rides. The local movie theater with all the natural stone is beautiful, and shows all the current releases!

After two nights substantial discount available. Discounts offered mid-week under deals section, and are seasonally based. Minimum 2 night stay.
   
• Other Fees: Pet fee is $50 per pet, maximum 2 pets. Long and Foster charges a processing fee of $40 and a damage waiver fee of $45 (protecting you for damage up to $1500). Early check ins/late check outs accommodated where possible.

 Reconnect at the lake, August 26, 2008

We have spent year after year on vacation at amusement parks since as long as we can remember. We all decided (my wife and all 7 children)we decided it was time to slow down and reconnect. We had more fun then on any vacation we have done in the past. We spent 9 hours in a van to get there and we would all do it again in a heart beat. We will be booking the same house this year. I wish more families would slow down and reconnect at vacation homes. We had a slide show for the extended family using the pictures we took on vacation and they are going to try it also.
