This will be your retreat as well. These home owners have been renting for the past several years and know what it takes for a great vacation. They have packed this retreat with all the right amenities for 2 families. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 king masters with private baths, 2 bunks, 2 extra long twins that can be converted into a king).

The lower level has one master bedroom and game room with pool table. The main level has a well-equipped kitchen, family room with gas fireplace, powder room and second master bedroom.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There are even 2 washers and dryers!

From the deck and hot tub, there is a view of the ski slopes only 1 mile away; and in the summer, the lake is a short drive away. Enjoy the peacefulness on a quiet wooded cul-de-sac, just walking distance from the grocery store.

During the summer spend your days on the lake, either bring your own boat or rent one nearby or try white-water rafting at the new Adveture Sports Center. Year-round enjoy the brand new Mountian Coaster at WISP. From skiing to miniature golf to championship golf courses to numerous fine gift shops and restaurants to five state parks including Swallow Falls State Park with its natural trails and Muddy Creek Falls, which is Maryland's largest waterfall.

Walking distance to FunLand miniture golf and arcade. Also walking distance from grocery store and Perkins Restaurant. Located less than a mile from WISP Ski Resport and boat slip on Deep Creek Lake. Close to the new Adventure Sports Center (ASCI) recirculating white water rafting course.
