There is a boat house, pier, ramp and dock with a mooring for any size boat. A fully equipped guest cottage with it's own gally kitchen and loft bedroom. Four bedrooms in the main house, office space, studio space on the second floor, two full baths, fireplace, screened in porch, lots of decks and outdoor furniture, outdoor grill, washer and dryer, internet access and very high end furnishings and a gourmet kitchen.

It's a place to relax, reflect and enjoy life the way it should be.
Lot's to do in the way of hiking, kayaking, sailing and boat excursions as well as many fine seafood restaurants, galleries and shops, live theater, art classes in every medium, and just enjoying the gorgeous scenery and ocean while you relax with a glass of wine.
