alders and fir trees, located in the quiet, beautiful woods of Maine. Away from the road, located on a 20+ acre plot, surrounded by woods and wildlife. It is not uncommon to see deer from the cottage windows. The wild life is outstanding making this a great place for fishing and hunting but also great for families wanting to enjoy Maine at its best! The cottages are suitable for active couples, groups of friends and families with or without children, yachters and kayakers, seminars or retreats. The cottages are fully equipped for self catering.

The breath taking beautiful coast offers sea kayaking,
sailing, whale watching, and sea duck hunting. The many
rivers, lakes, streams and ponds will appeal to all types
of anglers, from the experienced to the novice. Kayaking is very popular on Deer Isle, because of the outstanding views and for the many coves and inlets to explore. Exploring the rocky coast line, deserted islands and granite quarries while kayaking is also very fun and popular.

causeway. Deer Isle-Stonington is located in the downeast region of Maine and is a working waterfront, With lobster boats bringing in plenty of fresh available lobster and other delicious seafoods daily. Views here are breathtaking. Deer Isle/ Stonington offers you great places to eat, unique shops, great galleries, bakeries, local events (which include lobster boat races and Fisherman's Day), Fishing, Nearby attractions (including Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, and a High speed ferry that will bring you to Nova Scotia.
