Description of the Deerfield Beach vacation apartment rental
All this and just (100)steps from Deerfield's famous palm tree shaded beach the beach and the international fishing pier.
You will find this to be an ideal spot for a family vacation with lots of resturants and shops close by yet, quiet and private.
We also have Smaller Efficiency apartments in the building available. See pictures. Call or e-mail for rates.
Area Information
From our building on S.E. 1st Street it's just a short walk to all the local beach attactions inclucing, JB's, Rattlesnake Jack's, Flannigan's, The Whales Rib, Bru's House, and many other eating and drinking establishments ranging from very casual to upscale. All these places are just minutes away.
You can also shop at the many beach stores that have a variety of merchandise that you may find a need for on your beach vacation.

We stayed for 2 weeks..it was perfectly located to shops, the beach, restaurants, the pier..it was really nice. We rented the larger unit in the back and it was plenty of space for my family of 4 and it was really clean. Would highly recommend.

What an absolute surprise this place was! The pictures do NOT do this place justice! The room was very spacious and extremely clean. There was 5 of us in the room, and we could have easily had a couple more. Everything we needed was in the room. Dave was awesome and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything! We felt very safe here in the neighborhood. The beach was only 1 block away and there was always people walking on the beach, all times of night. The only downfall is that we had to leave too soon!! We have already talked about when we can go back here. We honestly can not say enough good things about this place!!

A Gem in Deerfield

The Elizibeth House Inn is conveniently located less than a block from the clean and beautiful Deerfield Beach. A less than 2 minute walk north is the pier great for sight seeing and fishing. Great food and exciting night life is also just a short walk. Both Dave and Karen made sure all your expectations were met and exceeded. Future visits to the Boca area will defintaly result with reservations at the Elizibeth House Inn. Thank you for the great vacation!

I would highly recommend staying at the Elizabeth House Inn. I was traveling alone and felt very safe at this property. Karen who oversees the property was just the best, the room where immaculate, had everything you would need including beach chairs and umbrellas and the beach is just down the street. Making the reservations with Dave was quick and easy. I am looking forward to my next stay.

The Perfect Vacation Spot!!

Our expectations of Elizabeth House Inn were by far exceeded with an immaculate apartment, excellent customer service, and the location is as perfect as it gets!! We were close enough to walk the beach at sunrise every morning, walk to fabulous restaurants for dinner and the full kitchen allowed us to make our own breakfast and lunches (saving a lot of $$$). Owner, Dave, is absolutely fabulous and super accommodating, as is Karen, who took care of everything we needed while there. We have a family of 4 with 2 kiddos under 3. They provided us with a crib and the pullout was perfect for our toddler, while leaving us a king sized bed retreat. :) We didn't know exactly what we were walking into, but what we ended up with is a place we will return to time and time again. Thank you so much to Dave and Karen for a fabulous vacation!!!

This apartment was perfect. It is located close to shops and restaurants and just steps from the beach. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4. It is spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
