All this and just (100)steps from Deerfield's famous palm tree shaded beach the beach and the international fishing pier.
You will find this to be an ideal spot for a family vacation with lots of resturants and shops close by yet, quiet and private.

Deerfield Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Gold Coast of Florida between Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach just south of Boca Raton. Easy driving access to the entire south Florida area including Sawgrass Mall, Miami attractions, Ft. Lauderdale attractions, and Palm Beach attractions.
From our building on S.E. 1st Street it's just a short walk to all the local beach attactions inclucing, JB's, Luna Rosa, Flannigan's, The Whales Rib, Bru's House, and many other eating and drinking establishments ranging from very casual to upscale. All these places are just minutes away.
You can also shop at the many beach stores that have a variety of merchandise that you may find a need for on your beach vacation.
