Description of the Deerfield Beach vacation home rental
This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, privately owned home, and it is located within walking distance to the beach and the downtown areas of Deerfield Beach, Florida.
There is a Pool and patio area that is Fenced off, and landscaped immaculately with locally indiginous plantlife and other tropical species. Tastefully decorated throughout the Front and Back yards to make you feel at home while visiting our property.
There is a Master Bedroom, with a private full bathroom adjoined, and an additional smaller room (Kid's/baby room, or work-out area). There is a Big-screen TV with Digital Cable in the Master bedroom, including a surround system, for enjoying TV/Movies/Music in the privacy of the bedroom.
There are 2 additional bedrooms, each has a Television with a cable connection, and Broadband Speed Wi-Fi is available in ALL AREAS of the home.
There are 2 additional bathrooms, a Large Dining Room, with French Doors overlooking the Pool/Patio area. There is a Den/TV room with a Flat Screen High-Definition Television, with Digital Cable, Surround system, DVD/CD player, a Motorized Massage Lounge Chair, and a Leather Sofa.
The Kitchen area is freshly renovated, with ALL MAJOR APPLIANCES, ie: Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all staples, ie: Stemware, Flatware, Dishes, Pots & Pans, etc...
There is also a complimentary Full size Washer and Dryer on premises for your clothes.
Housekeeping services are available for long stays, or upon request at an additional charge, depending on the services desired.

The property is located less than a mile from the beach, West of the Intracostal Waterway, and just South Of Hilsboro Blvd. There are SEVERAL Restaurants, Department Stores, and Grocery stores within walking distance from the property.
Deerfield Beach is located in Northern Broward County, which is not far from several Major Shopping Malls, and Outlet Malls throughout South Florida, as well as a multitude of Entertainment possibilities and vunues.
Both Miami and Palm Beach are accesible by a short drive on I-95.

- Required Stay: Weekly rates ONLY
- Deposits: To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required to be paid when making your reservation. The Balance is required to be paid in full upon arrival/check-in.
The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days in advance. If a cancellation is made 15-30 days before the reservation date, 10% of the deposit is non-refundable. If a cancellation. If a cancellation is made with less than 15 days before the reservation date, 20% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- Other Fees: Additional services are available upon request, and at an additional fee. such as: Housekeeping services (Full-service, or Light-services are available, please contact us for the rates)
We can also provide for pick-up and drop off from the Airport for you and your party. This service is available at NO ADDITIONAL fee.
