The decor features a STATE OF THE ART MOTORIZED Italian leather reclining sofa for two, leather chaise lounge, desk and chair, Sharp 42" Flat Panel HDTV, Movie Library and stereo speakers in every room including the outside Spa Area.

In the dining room there is an exquisite glass top twin dolphin table with four fun chairs made in Italy.

The STATE OF THE ART KITCHEN is fully equipped with everything you need, including a rare exotic granite counter, stainless steel appliances and a filtered ice maker.

The kitchen leads to a private gold marble/glass block intimate Tuscan patio with table and chairs. Just a few steps away there is an additional marble patio featuring a custom umbrella table, chairs and a professional Infra-Red Sizzler Grill set in a picturesque tropical paradise.

THE BEDROOM features a distinguished Bernhardt "Quality" KING SIZE BED and a wall mounted Sony 32" HDTV. Sliding glass doors lead to a private tropical landscaped lit patio with loungers. Just off the bedroom there is an elegantly appointed Custom Marble/Granite Full Bathroom.

IN THE SECOND BEDROOM, there is an artistic "Quality" QUEEN SIZE BED, a Toshiba 24" wall mounted HDTV, DVD player and a SPECTACULAR Marble/Glass Block WALK-IN SHOWER. Sliding glass doors off the bedroom lead to a separate tropical marble patio featuring a REFRESHING OUTSIDE HEATED SHOWER and SOOTHING PRIVATE THERAPY SPA with 41 healing jets.

If you anticipate any problems we suggest that you please purchase Travelers Insurance Policy. Travel insurance: Travel Guard. Also recommend that you check with your own insurance companies for such protection.

REBATES
There will be no rebates given for inoperable appliances or faulty equipment, unfavorable weather, early departure, interruption of utilities, construction in the area or maintenance problems. The only exception is hurricanes, where rebates will be given for unused nights only when mandatory evacuation is ordered by the Broward County government.

First visited South Florida in 1984 and fell in love with the enchanting blue ocean, the distinguished sea mist air of Deerfield Beach and the lush tropical foliage of the adjacent Boca Raton area. Originally purchased in 1986 as an investment property but as soon as renovations began it's unique alluring charms inspired our love affair which began 13 years ago and continues to inspire to this day. Casa Mia Beach House has a particular noble and royal spirit which demands only the finest materials and refinements and this is how all my revenue, love and inspired creativity has created my little beach palace. I rented the house, both floors, for myself and 3 other people of my staff. We had a job in the area. We were looking for something convenient. It was that, and so much more.. The access to good restaurants was a short walking distance. But oh, the ocean...it was so beautiful and not too crowded. The walk was very quick. We managed to swim 2 or 3 times a day, and work. The backyard was bliss. How glorious it was to come back from the heat and work and settle down with a drink and conversation in our own yard, in privacy surrounded by great tropical beauty. Both the grounds and the apartments were immaculately clean and lovingly cared for. Ann, your owner, will take great care of you. The house is so well equipped, you will find every need well met. I liked it so much, I would love to come back- just for vacation, next time.

Pull into your spacious parking spot and it all begins. In addition to Deerfield Beach, enjoy first class private quarters designed for the most discrimating travelers. Walk in and breathe a sigh of relief and then a sigh of delight. The bedrooms are fun, fun, fun!!! They're exquisite and delightful and comforting all at the same time. The living room is state of the art - flat Screen TV, motorized reclining couch for two, movie collection listing, top of the line decor... The kitchen - the most amazing granite counter...all the amenities you ever dreamed of. The chandelier in the dining room... too much fun for words. Go outside...a Tuscan villa...your own garden, outfitted with a built-in grill and a sparkling hot tub. Do yourself a favor and choose Casa Mia for it's 1st class amenities at bargain prices.
